No odor & tech was very friendly

They got a lot of dog wet stains out that previously Chem Dry was not able to. Also liked that carpet was not soaked with water and stiff. Isaiah was very good and helpful.

The serviceman arrived at the correct time and worked hard but was not able to get our carpet clean to our satisfaction. The carpet is dingy and not clean like it was when we had Coit clean it. Also in trying to get the carpet clean it was much damper than it has been in the past and it took 3 days before it was dry enough to put our furniture and rugs back down. I like the idea of zerorez but I do not think that it is the solution for all carpets. I will not likely use the service again.

They are professional and on time. They did a great job cleaning my carpets. Will definitely use them again.

Tech was kinda new and did not explain that our carpeting might pucker after the treatment. Had to call the office for an explanation.

Feels like you hammered me on the price to treat for the dog Urine. Went from 160 to 250 thats crazy. Won’t recommend if someone has a pet

Everything was great but kind of felt like products were pushed on us. I feel like we didn’t need all the services provided and we spent a lot of money which was not planned.

Overall, things say if were good. But as a couple days have past some of the spots have returned. Just frustrating a little. For the most part the carpets look much better, just didn’t expect spots to return once the carpets fully dried.

We liked the idea of zero residue left on our floors with the process you use. Paul was very informative and thorough.

I like that Zerorez does not use soaps or harsh chemicals. Our Berber carpet looks and feels better than other methods of carpet cleaning that we've used.

They listen and act upon areas that I feel need the most cleaning. When they are finished they ask if you are satisfied and if not they will redo an area that needs some extra T. L. C.. After getting our carpet cleaned, we really couldn’t tell a difference. The next day my husband vacuumed and I was very disappointed with the amount of dirt he picked up. This is after vacuuming the day before the carpets getting cleaned. Since having them done, each time we vacuum I am still not seeing a difference in how my carpet looks or the amount of dirt that I still pick up.
