Technician was great but not impressed with product- or with the results rather. Quoted $150 for 4 bedrooms, when he got there upgraded me to needing pet and stain removers so the bill was actually more than doubled at $376. None of the stains are gone, all still there. Disappointed in the results.
Both guys did a very good job on our carpet and tile.

It was amazing to see once the young man did the pre-treatment how the dirt lifted off the carpet I wanted to tell him he could leave, my carpet looked alive again. The young man was pleasant courteous and very professional as soon as I answered the door, till the moment he left. I appreciated the service. My carpet looked awesome after her left. I know I would definitely use this service again, and sure tell friends, family is out of state. Thank you so much for a beautiful job well done. Great service.

They are clean and do the job without a mess or a residue left behind. The technician knows his job and explains everything before hand. If a problem should arise, he/she will address it and discuss a solution before tackling it without permission.

I could see immediately where my rug had been cleaned. Your tech was very friendly and knowledgable. The only thing is now I have a few dirty spots coming through.
Rug was still soaking wet by 10pm at night. Ran AC upstairs and down at 70-76 degrees all day, had room ceiling fans on plus a circulating floor fan. Still soaked. Was still damp next morning too. Took over a day to dry.
Technician was awesome, he waited for me to move the furniture around to get the most of each room cleaned!
Professionalism of your staff
The price I paid was $25 more than the online estimate, and it's not because I required extra services. Really -- a hall has a different charge than a whole room? I think your online estimates are not explained well.
your technicians are very thoughtful, polite and knowledgeable. they also do a very good job of cleaning carpet :).
