Steve came in and educated us on how he would be cleaning the carpet and was honest with us as to what to expect. If he didn’t think something would work, such as anroom we asked about grout cleaning, he was honest about the type of results we could expect.
The whole process was easy.
I appreciated them protecting my walls and furniture and providing booties! The tech explained the process and did a good job.

There several spots that didn't come out in the house upstairs. These should have been pointed out to me before they left. Also several corners were left dirty from the black hose and need cleaned. I seen one at the bottom of the stairs that I had him clean. ( He said that he didn't do it! B.S.) Because he had just finished the stairs I stayed off the carpet till the next day and found the dirty corners. Now I'm not sure if I want to clean my tile & grout this coming Wed the 8th.
Jeff was very professional. He deserves a TEN. He arrived at the time specified, immediately started work, was very organized and thorough. I am very pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning. Will definitely use this company again.

The service is great. Each and everyone I had contact with were so nice and helpful. Our tech Abel Valdez was great. So careful with our belongings and helpful with our questions. On time and worked like a well oiled machine. We were pleased with the outcome. So pleased with everything. Loved the no harsh chemicals. The rug feels great under foot. Have and will recommend your company. Our second house is getting done this week and I am so anxious to see it come alive again with clean rugs and tile. Great company, great job, great employees. Loved it all. Almost forgot about the price.. perfect. I will pass the word. Thank you.
This is the second year e have used zerorez their services are affordable and they arrive promptly. The technicians are always courteous. The best part I there is no lingering chemical smell or any other smell. For me I don't even take the free car fresheners at the car wash because I'm so sensitive to smells so this is a nice option for home carpet cleaning services.

Joshua came out and did an amazing job with my carpet. He took the time to educate me on carpet, the importance or keeping up the regular cleaning schedule, and how the protectant works. I mentioned that I wanted my tile and grout cleaned and he did a test section for me. I can't wait to get him back for that service.
The tech that was sent out (Jason) was super. He explained everything pretty well and was very professional. The cleaning went well and I felt like he spent enough time for a good job.

This tech Chris was excellent, the last guy from zerores 2 years ago just did the steam cleaner. I was not happy with the initial cleaning, the traffic areas still looked soiled, but it did stay cleaner longer so I called you again. And Im glad I did, Chris pre-sprayed and brushed tbe carpet, it made a huge difference and looks much nicer he did a super job, will ask for him again thx

Our tech, Tyrone did a fine job. In fact, he worked very hard and asked us along the way to look at the work to make sure we were satisfied. Very friendly as well. I understand the actual quote is TBD due to room sizes, but I'm disappointed that he picked a spot to look for dirt and nothing showed up on his rag. He then tried another spot in the kitchen and got a small amount of dirt (not what he was expecting, I'm sure). Then he said he could do it for $265. Really? The floors were barely dirty. When I said this was a rental home and I'm not paying $265 for tile cleaning, the original computer quoted text was agreed on within a few dollars. I'm on the fence about using your services for future carpet/tile needs.
