On Friday the scheduler told me that the tech would call 15-20 minutes prior to his arrival time. My time slot was 4-6pm. He arrived at 3:40 WITHOUT a call. When I asked him why he didn't call to let me know he was on his way, his reply was that it wasn't in his notes that I wanted him to call me beforehand. I explained what I was TOLD. He said again, it wasn’t in his notes and acted like he had never called a customer to let them know he was on his way. If the scheduler states that, then that's how I would assume is the company's protocol. I had just returned from a 'one hour test' at the hospital that ended up being over 3 hours, so I was not at all ready for him and had to move everything in a hurry.
After he cleaned, I inspected the 3 rooms (in daylight) with him and they looked great. He left, I left and returned home that night. I turned on lights in the family room and immediately noticed 3 spots that I apparently missed due to the lighting. That made me a little disappointed in the job. During the daytime they are not that noticable but with atrificial lighting they really stand out. :-( When I was walking barefoot on it this morning I also noticed a couple 'crunchy' spots. Thought your service didn't leave that..? Anyways, they do look much better but like I said, the 3 spots in the family room was a disappointment.
The arrival & the completion of the work are done quickly quite well. We have used Zerorez services on several occasions, and have never been disappointed.
Very easy to schedule an appointment online. The cleaning process was quick and easy. The results were great as well!
Employee was excellent
I did not like that the technician we had did the carpets inside the house. He got water stains all over my floor. Some will not come out. Also my husband had to watch him closely. He tied to clean only one side of the couch cushions. We paid a lot of money to get the couch clean the he tries to clean only half. Our technician last time took all the carpets out side and did them. He did a much better job last year. Not happy this time

Luis was amazing!! We were on a time crunch to get the home on the market and had a lot of projects going on. Unfortunately we were not ready when he showed up. Luis was the ultimate professional and changed his schedule to accommodate us. He came back at a better time but we still needed a few more minutes to clear the mess. He was so patient and again professional. When he did get to the carpet and tile he did an awesome job!!! Thank you so much Luis. You deserve a nice raise!
Great customer service and carpets looked brand new. No crunchy feel when they were done and no smell of chemicals like all other carpet cleaners, since they don't use any!

I called Zerorez to find out why someone hadn't contacted me for Saturday 11/4 to clean my carpets. I found out that I had the wrong date, and they were coming the next weekend. I told the woman who answered by call, that I had just finished moving all of my furniture. She told me to hold on, and when she came back on the line, she said she had a technician named Peter who could be at my home between 2 and 4 that day. I was grateful to them both for recuing me, even though it was my mistake. My carpets look great. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I just feel and see that my carpet is so clean!! James Rall did an awesome job!! He was very nice and informative.
The only thing that I didn’t like was when the tech came back in from outside he didn’t put booties on his shoes before spraying the protectant on the carpet.
