My carpet is only 1 1/2 years old so it only has a few stains and those stains were from the area that we walk through only . They are still there .. they arent from oil wine or anything like that just from the bottom of our feet woth no shoes on 90 % of the time. .
The technician was friendly, thorough and efficient! Our carpets, area rug and chair look clean and have no chemical odor.

My tech was Eric. He was very courteous and professional. My carpets look great. I,m glad I was able to take advantage of the 3 room special for October. I plan on having Eric come out again next time for the next cleaning and will have my white couches cleaned too.

I was very happy that your cleaning solution left our fabric feeling natural and not stiff as it had been from previous companies. Your service representative was very nice and explained the process and pricing prior to cleaning to make sure that we were both in agreement. I would definitely use Zerorez again and would feel confident in recommending the company.

Make sure the tech cleans up thoroughly. My wood floors were filthy and had water stains everywhere :(
The person who came out to clean our carpets was so by nice and very respectable I forgot his name but I would ask for him again.

Zerorez always does a fantastic, environmentally sound job. The representatives are courteous and helpful, and the company does everything it cans to fit the services to the time frame of the customer. They responded on the same day on one occasion.
Leave a better scent in carpets.. carpets smelled awful after cleaning

Spots are right back the next day. Some spots I can tell he didn't even clean. On top of it he had us upgrade to put a protectant on the carpet on top of the spots.
