My carpet always looks great when finished. This visit was the first time I had to ask the gentleman to go over some places in my living room that still looked dirty. He did what I asked and I was happy with the job when he left.

Your representative, (Cy Dalberg?) arrived on time, explained what he would do, listened to my request for a tile cleaning in addition to the carpet cleaning originally ordered, proceeded to do both in a professional manner and the results were great.

Great service, price and technicians.

Zerorez does not use products to clean the carpets or tiles. It dries completely in about 8 hours. Every Technician that has clean my carpets for have been very congenial and have answered all my questions. I have recommend Zerorez to friends and family members.

I thought the technician was courteous, arrived a little early (after calling first for permission) and worked quickly and efficiently while doing an excellent job on the carpets.

First of all you were over 2 hrs late. Our window was 12-2, At 2:30 I called and was advised tech would not be done his current job until 3-3:30 and was offered a $43.00 discount for dalay. WHY DID I HAVE TO CALL YOU? Why wasn't I notified? When tech arrived all he did was criticize my furniture, carpet, etc. He was here less then an hour and did 3 rooms, hallway, and couch. In his report which he listed on e-mail, he said we had vomit, urine and blood on our carets. WE DO NOT OWN ANY ANIMLS!!! Cleaning was SO SO.

The carpet was still damp 24 hours later.
The overall appearance and cleanliness of the carpet and tile are very good. It was disappointing to see that the stains were still visible under black light but the process to remove them completely was was explained before and after the cleaning.
The technician was polite and professional, he explained everything very well and worked very hard to do a good job.

I was able to make a reservation with only one day's notice. Zerorez communicated via email and phone. The cleaner arrived on time, explained the process, and was able to add another room to my cleaning request. He did a great job and was very thorough. The cleaning process was fast, and the results were very impressive. I will use Zerorez again when my carpets need to be re-cleaned.

AS I just said to you by email, Keven is the best zero-res worker we have ever had. We will ask for him by name next time...he is vedry knowlegable and conscietiolus!!

I Was impressed with their honesty about the status of the carpeting at a home we bought in Gold Canyon. I liked that they did not try to sell me an expensive product to do what was needed to clean the carpet but rather said it would be more than the carpet was worth. They were easy to schedule an appointment for service.

My appointment window was from 10-12... that being said the technician arrived at 1:15. I did not receive a call to let me know of the delay. I called at 11:40 asking about their eta, and was told dispatch couldn't get a hold of the tech and that they would call me back to let me know when to expect them. 40 minutes later (12:20 now) I called again because no one called me. That's when I was told that they would arrive at 1:15. They did discount the service, but I could have done without waiting for 3 hours and 15 minutes

It is clean and has no residue. I feel steam cleaning is the very best method.
