Corner protectors and very nice staff. I thought you didn't use water and was not prepared for the wet carpets having to dry, but I must have misunderstood. I will have you clean our tile soon.

I was very disappointed in the carpet cleaning. It looked great at first but by the next day looked like it had not been touched. the spots were still there and it had a rough feel to it. The slate floor came out well though so that's why I rated you a 5. I had been listening tour ads for a long time and chose you for my carpet cleaning--first professional carpet cleaning on this carpet.
