Clean products that really work
I still had areas that had spots after the carpet dried. I will probably buy something to finish cleaning areas myself. I really wanted to love Zerorez since I've been hearing how great they are on the radio. It really wasn't anything different than the previous carpet cleaners. Can't say if I'll use the service again until I see how long the carpet stays clean. Also, I paid to add the scotch guard so that should help.

Technician, Colt Chance was personable and he answered all my questions before, during, and after cleaning our carpets... Looking forward to trying your service on our slate floors in the future. We also will get bids on our hand woven area rugs in the future.... Colt's did a fantastic job and it was a pleasure to have this ambitious young man caring for our carpets.

I like the empowered water (no soap) for my carpets. It is much cleaner and leaves no residue. I purchase empowered water separately to clean most everything in my home.
