So I typically do not do any surveys of any kind. But this one had to spark one reply.

I wanted to wait a few days before I gave a review, as I had a trouble spot that the 2 previous cleaning companies cleaned and it came back like within a few days.

I am happy to report that after 1 one week the stain "IS GONE". I live in an apartment and the complex offer free cleaning every year for renewing your lease. What a waste of time and money for the complex.

Charlie was actually ahead of time, and was very informative about every step of the process. I am curious by nature so when I smelled oranges that sparked another conversation. As he readied his truck and cleaning materials this allowed me to move furniture out the way.

I think he did a great job, even recommending what path to take since my apartment is not very large and even saving me a few bucks.

Thank you Charlie for your professionalism. When I do recommend I will ask them to request you specifically, if not you still get my thumbs up!!

I like the timeliness of your serviceman Eric. My appointment was between 8-10 and he was there at 8:15! He was very friendly and informative. He let me know what he was doing throughout the entire process.

Eric also gave me some pointers on how to keep my carpets looking good between services. He even suggested rugs and using a carpet rake to bring up the nap in high traffic areas.

I have used Zerorez for years and like the fact that there is no soapy residue like other products.

The service team and the quality of the work

The best part was not only a great job on the carpet, but any time I called I talked to a real person that was happy to make any changes in scheduling.

My first experience with your company. Appt btwn 10-12 and at 9:20am they called to ask if it would be ok for them to come in 15 min - said yes. Did not arrive until 10:10. Got lost, I had to call your office - as I could not guide him in because he did not know where he was. Argused with me when arrive. Customer service poor but the work on carpet seems fine.

We have dogs and the technician didn’t even go over options for pet treatments. He started cleaning and was done with the two rooms in less then half an hour. I think he should have taken more time with me to find out what areas needed more cleaning. He never went over the checklist to find out what I wanted. I’ve used Zerorez before and this visit was not what I’m used to.

We love the fact that you use no chimacal our carpet came out soft and clean. Your employee explained every step and answered all our concerns. I would highly recommended Zerorez to anyone.
