The Technician was punctual and did a good job. I feel the service is overpriced. I was referred to you by Baker Bros Carpeting. My mistake was in purchasing Stainmaster capet. I've always used ChemDry, which was useless as my warrantee wouldn't work. Although the carpet wasn't soggy, I still have had to vacuum twice as it is crunchy...something I had hoped to avoid.
Paid an extra $80 dollars to have pet/urine stain and smell from the carpets. The technician did advise that the smell wouldn't completely but would be significantly improved. The smell remains the same and I feel like I paid $80 for nothing. However,he did do a good job on the standard carpet cleaning service.
The person who cleaned the carpets was awesome! Very professional. Carpets look great.

The technician was good and prompt but after hearing about Zerorez on Mike Broomhead for many years I expected that the carpet would not be crunchy and have soap residue still. My original reason for calling you was to remove any residue left behind by other carpet cleaners.

Like your scheduling - calling 15 minutes before you arrive. Like your product and cleaning process. We had CHARLES BURNS as our technician. Would like you to know how great he is! He listened attentively to our requests and gave us valuable information about our carpet. He is a HARD WORKER - no down time with Charles. He is very COURTEOUS and POLITE. You have a WINNER in Charles as your employee. WE are so glad we had him as our carpet cleaner!

It feels like he got our carpet very clean. Wish I could say that about our sofa, it just doesn't look as clean as it should. When he left it was still wet so was difficult to tell if it was clean.
Our shower was a disappointment. He told us that your system would not clean soap from the shower floor since your system was not acidic which would be necessary to clean the floor. So what was the point of offering shower cleaning? Big disappointment for the $150 we were charged for the shower.
