It's a shame there are only five stars to give! Had filthy carpets in a townhome, came out darn near perfect! Customer service and my rep here were both spectacular, meeting my tight schedule. A fantastic job from start to finish; will absolutely use over and over and recommend to friends!
The technician was very courteous, did an excellent job, and answered all the questions I had about the products he used.
So far everything looks good, we'll see how it goes. The servicemen were very not personable and did a great job.
The entry ways into the bedroom an den were not clean
Zerorez has a great product, and I felt safe with my children playing on our carpets after being professionally cleaned. The service provider was very professional, and had great recommendations like adding a protectant. He arrived on time and finished the job in the promised window of time. Overall, our experience was excellent and we will always use and recommend Zerorez for our steam cleaning needs. Thanks guys!

Service rep was great! Very professional, informed me of what was going to happen. Now, the traffic areas on my carpet were very dirty. I decided to try Zerorez because of those areas, and because the dry time was 3-5 hours rather than all day. The carpets definitely look cleaner, but the high traffic areas were still dirty. I could see it before they were dry, and still can see it now that the carpets are dry. Also, dry time was all day. In fact my closet is still slightly damp. I would definitely give Zerorez another try, because I was not completely disappointed, and if someone asked me who to use I would give both the company I have used previously, and zerorez, and let them decide.
If you wanted me to grade on service it would definitely be a 10.
The rep provided adequate information and explained how the entire process worked! He was professional and helpful when needed. Our carpet is cleaner than it had been since purchasing it some 22 years ago. We have always had it cleaned bi yearly. Would recommend company to friends and relatives and will use Zerorez in the future.

I can schedule fairly quickly. I get a call when the technician is on the way. Very polite and thorough. Honest about any areas that cannot come clean like new, due to a particular stain or wear. Reasonably priced. Fast drying! They offer additional treatment on carpet but are never pushy about it.
Our white Berber carpet on our stairs comes wonderfully clean!
I’ve always had great technicians. I love the product- my carpets come clean every time and I have 2 children and 2 dogs, so my carpets are usually pretty dirty. They come clean every time.
