The rugs and floor tiles all came out very nice.

However the leaks from the hoses left residue on the living room floor which I had to clean up myself after he left.

I find your phone messaging to be the most annoying set of prompts that I have EVER heard in my life. Your option only offers press "1" if you are a new customer, or press "2" if you already have an appointment - what if you are a repeat customer ??????????? I find the recording's voice to be annoying and more than half of what he says is unnecessary - and the jokes are utterly ridiculous. I LOVE your service - have always been very pleased with the outcome and your technicians but it is painful for me to call and make an appointment and have to listen to this every time I call - PLEASE get something shorter and more professional and provide a prompt for your repeat customers or offer an online reservation request. I won't call again if I have to listen to that!

Carpets were not very dry still very wet to the touch I also thought that the soil and walking paths would be better cleaned still very noticeable

The serviceman arrived promptly, explained everything clearly & did a great job!

The guy who came to clean our carpets was very professional and explained the procedures he would be doing. I showed him some stained areas on 3 carpets and he was able to get them out. As he finished each of the 3 rooms he asked me to check them out to see if there was anything that needed further attention. This was our 2nd or 3rd time using Zerorez, and you can be sure we'll use you again for future carpet cleaning.

The technician, Devor, (spelling?) was great. He did a very good, thorough job and was very nice to work with. He deserves a raise.

No soaps or chemicals are used. The appointment process was easy online and when I had to call w a time change it was no problem. Technician came at time promised and was very pleasant.

The results from Zerorez are amazing. My floors take a beating with two dogs and two small children, but they look brand new after a cleaning!
