I am not sure if it was the cleaning or the carpet. It just didn't look that
clean after the service, but the carpet is really old so that may be the
best it can look.
I was impressed with the response and the technician was very good
and efficient.

you were supposed to treat may carpet with a protectant but this was not done.

I was not told until the technician arrived that there was a minimum. I had to add protectant onto my rug cleaning to meet the minimum and when I called to get s price I feel like they should have told me that.

The service was timely and the agent was polite and very informative.

It was very easy to get an appointment as they fitted me in the very next day as a cancellation had opened up. The technician arrived right on time and was very polite knowledgeable and happy to please.

Called me back when I couldn't wait on hold anymore. Early to appt time. Didn't call to tell me the arrival time. He was waiting for me to get home before appt time.

Joel was a steady and hard worker. I think the demonstration using the small wire brush on the grout to show the dirt is a bit ingenuous though. Forgot to ask if grout is scrubbed with a bristle brush will the sealant be removed?

The technician, Dave Moore did a super great job of getting the carpet clean in our rental town house. The carpet is 13 years old and and had some tenant abuse. I didn't think it could get that clean. He also cleaned the tile and grout and I will never do it again myself on my hands and knees.

My carpets look brand new and they were very bad before!!

Excellent service and cleaning technology

The technician was very professional and courteous and did a great job.

The technician was extremely nice, he explained everything about what he was going to do. The carpeting looks like brand new even the place where my mother spilled food and coke by her bed you can’t tell that mess was there. I give the technician a 10 and would tell anyone to call them and get there carpet cleaned.

First cleaning left issues. Free follow up cleaning fixed most issues but still left uncleaned
