Jared was wonderful. Although the floor didn't come out as well as I had seen other floors (clients) come out, he was great to explain the reasoning. We would use them again for sure.
The serviceman Joshua was very good at explaining every thing that he could do for us and explained the process. He gave us the final quote before starting his work. Our carpet looks great! We feel much better about having our grandkids roll and crawl around on the carpet.
I was very interested in trying Zerorez because of the way they clean the carpets. I am eager to see if it holds up better than what I've had done before. It's only been a few days since the technicians were here, but it looks great!
The two gentlemen that came to do the work were professional, personable, and very thorough.
Your technicians (in this case Robert) are always so thorough and do a really great job. Also, your office staff are always friendly and considerate.
The carpet looks fresh and new, it smelled fresh as well, no covered up scent.

Process explained, preconditioning of rugs, cleaning done efficiently , post-care explained and invoice given for payment. Technician was friendly and low keyed.

Scheduling was off by hours! Carpet cleaner that showed up was a good guy and did a good job but after the scheduling problems and how late he was I would be very unlikely to use Zerorez again

After forking over hundreds of additional dollars for pet treatment...one of the rooms still smells. And there is residue...😕. I really liked my tech it just didn't turn out as I'd hoped after spending all that money ($823 for three rooms).
False advertising..,, Zerorez advertise on the radio it uses a chemical formula that removes stains and assures the stains WILL NOT reappear!!. Well it’s been 3 weeks since Zerorez cleaned my carpet and the spot is reappearing! And it’s (coke soda that was spilt on the carpet!)! But I’ll say that the rest of my carpet looks awesome!! I didn’t care how much money Zerorez charged me, because I believed the chemical formula that Zerorez proudly advertises about on the raidio really would remove the coke stain completely and never reappear! Well I was wrong to believe Zerorez chemical formula would have worked.. Thank you anyways. 😏
I like that there is no residue left on my carpets so they stay cleaner longer. The citrus smell of the cleaning product smells clean and refreshing. The cleaners take extra care around my furniture and wall corners. He left me some booties in case I needed to walk on wet carpet. The carpet dries pretty quickly though.
