The Zerorez cleaning did not live up to the hype advertised. I should have asked ahead of time, but I assumed that the cleaning process involved a agitating brush to truly dig up dirt and fibers. I was disappointed the Zerorez cleaning process was just spraying water/cleaner and sucking it back up. We were not impressed with the process of cleaning the stairs. which was just one spray and swipe with a hand tool. I did not expect perfect carpets, but for the price Zerorez was not a good value. We have two friends waiting to hear how our experience went, but unfortunately I do not feel I can in good faith recommend Zerorez to them.
One unrelated carpet cleaning disappointment was that the Zerorez van leaked oil on our driveway.
Positives: The technician was early, which was very appreciated. Also, Paul was very nice and professional.The technician was the only good part of the Zerorez experience.

Carpet dried crunchy and hard
When the technician (who was very nice) left he showed me “2 spots” that he was unable to get up. Which I was fine with. However, there are many more than 2 spots. We spent $503 and I could’ve gotten the exact same result with the other less expensive companies I have used in the past.

We had this service highly recommended to us by friend. We were not impressed with much difference. The furniture indents were same. The serviceman was very positive about the company and procedure and we were hoping for a better outcome. That’s the way it is

Your technician was very nice. Talked to me about what I can expect. Gladly there were few spots (stains) and he got them out. He was very nice!
I like that you don’t use soap. I’m a designer and I work with carpet. Soap is terrible for it. I had an emergency need to get my carpets cleaned and you guys fit me in on the day I requested. The techs were very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using you again

My area rugs are ruffle and are not laying flat after the cleaning. So not happy with that. Hoping they will straighten out.

I love that there is no chemical smell and no scratchy, stiff feel to the carpet after it's been cleaned. It actual feels clean. I also love that it dries so fast!

You were late, which is fine. I understand but I was disappointed to find wet carpet over 12hrs after my service. You sent a fan which I'm sure helped but I was still inconvenienced. Just wish it was dry. Used you 6 months ago and had a very pleasant experience. The technician was apologetic, professional and did a great job on the carpets cleaning wise, I'm just afraid he was a little rushed causing them to be overly wet.
A very good job at removing some very nasty stains from our carpet. Worker did a good job and was very pleasant as he went about his work.
