The quote I had on phone was different than what was charged at time of appointment. After the minimum charge was remooved I still paid $100.00 to clean one room of carpet. That's much more expensive than any other company.
We love ZErorez. The people on the phone are so cordial and the cleaners are friendly. Our rugs were in rough shape and now they almost look new again!
Communications where excellent and the gentleman that cleaned our floor was very polite

I LOVE this company. Second time using them! Their customer service is great and the tech was great and explained everything to me perfectly.
Everything was fine. It just seemed a little too late in the day to get the service when I had called the week before. I cant say I'd recommend anyone because its not likely that this topic of conversation will come up. If it does I'd recommend Zerorez. I think it's very good.

the technician was explaining the product before he did anything and went thru steps and then did a test and then did my floors. he was very professional and friendly and did a great job on the tile. evn sold me a 5 gallon water to use . Excellent service already stated on social media how great the experience was and i will use your services again.

My carpets are happy again. The tech that came and cleaned them was efficent, clean and careful. I also thought he focused on detail such as the spots and the worn areas. I would use the company again.

Chris was great, understanding and thorough. I have an issue with false advertising. I heard about you thru John Jay Rich show and they are always raving how you can get stains out. I went with your promo 3 rooms for $129 and I added stairs , $75 which is a lot. So, in mind I was prepared to spend about $200 - which is already more than I would have liked. Than, I am told 1 gallon of spot treatment is $75...which popped my mind - and I needed 4 gallons. It was ridiculously a false pretense I imagine for many folks who expect not to pay that much and wind up paying so much more.
I am happy with the quality and technician, but very disappointed that I felt misled on the price and it is quite costly.
The service is great and the product even better. So glad I don't have to wait two days to walk on my carpet. I should have taken a before and after picture. I think the tech was even a little skeptical about how clean he could get my carpet. It was perfect.

I love how the product is non toxic and free of chemicals and residue. It makes me feel so much more at ease and comfortable with getting my carpets cleaned. The service was wonderful. Our technician was so kind and went out of his way to accommodate us and explain the process. We are definitely going to use this company again and again.

Employee was on time and friendly. He made sure I saw a difference in the furniture and carpet. He even cleaned up after himself.
on time & good carpet cleaning. would not recommend tile cleaning. didn't notice a significant difference.
The couch came out very nice, but the fabric on my chair was ruined.
