We enjoy the quality of the service and the cleanliness (of course) of our carpets. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. We learned about their products for removing and?or ameliarating biological stains. We will most assuredly use Zerorez again and again. By the way, has any company representative ever realized the the term "Zerorez" spells exactly the same forward and backward???
Technician was super informative and not pushy with products. We had all our carpets cleaned and they looked amazing. We have done the tile in the past and they also were wonderful.

Unlike most carpet cleaning companies zerorez does not flood the carpet with soap that isn't extracted and has a propensity to actually cause the carpet to soil much more quickly. Their techs are well trained and provide excellent service.

The quality of service and efficiency of service.
I was told that even without fans that the carpet would be dry within 8 hours. We still have spots that are damp and it's been 31 hours since the treatment was finished... and I have ceiling fans in 2 of the room and a floor fan in the third. I also didn't expect to have any residue left, but whenever I run my hands over the carpet (especially the damp spots) they feel tacky and I have to wash them.
While I do feel that some of the bad areas got cleaner, I now see some spots in areas that I didn't see some before. I'm guessing that's because we had cleaned the surface previously and something deep down was drawn out... but that doesn't help me when my goal was to have a cleaner floor. Now I feel like I have to go back and clean those spots and I wonder why I got a carpet cleaning service at all.

Jason was great! He was only supposed to clean the sofa and loveseat, but when I asked about my kitchen tile he gave me an estimate on the spot and started cleaning them right away. Amazing! I’ll definitely look to Zerorez when I need my bedroom carpets and the rest of my tile cleaned later in the year.

I would highly recommend Zerorez. Chris, our technician paid attention to detail and answered any question we had. The end result is wonderful - our carpets look like new and our tile and grout have never looked better!

I like how the appointments are made, the people are friendly and the service is good.
First of all, the technician Andrew, was great. He explained everything prior to the cleaning and also after and he did a wonderful job. It was the first time using your company as our son told us about from a radio station he listens to and when I was talking to a friend about it she told me she uses your company also. The service was very quick - about an hour total for cleaning 5 rooms and one being oversized. The carpets look very good and they are not at all rough like some companies before have left them. All dried about 6-8 hours later so we could put things back.

Arrived on time, did the job specified, cost was as discussed, carpet was NOT over soaked and dried within specified time. I got what I paid for, which unfortunately isn't a common thing in 2017. Will use again as needed.
