I think the empowered water cleans everything better and it lasts.
The areas of my carpets that were obviously soiled appear to be slightly less soiled after the cleaning- just not as good as I hoped they'd be...I have not walked on them in shoes and avoided the main spotted areas completely. Nonetheless, it's easy to see where the problem areas are.
They do a really great job. Very efficient.

It was a great service. The only problem I have is I had some pet areas that needed attention and the chemicals you use for the bio treatment is so expensive. To do two rooms would have cost me 600$. I’m not rich!! Just wished it was affordable.

My carpets are old and after they are cleaned, they look like new. No toxic chemicals or scent to irritate allergies for me or my dog, which I really appreciate. They dry very quickly. I wouldn't use any other company.
The carpet turned out excellent we wasn't impressed with the way the chair came out that he cleaned but it was okay

Zerorez did an excellent job on my carpet. My carpet is 20+ years old and pretty much looks like brand new carpet. The technician, Joshua, was very friendly and performed an outstanding job.
