How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Technician was 1.5 hours late. Had carpets, 6 chairs and 1 top of a chaise lounge cleaned. Carpets were OK. But the chaise top and chairs still have stains. Not happy.

I feel that the grout didn’t come as clean as it should have. Along with edges in some areas that didn’t get cleaned at all.
