the service was very good. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable and performed the service well. Setting the appointment was easy on line.
The person who came insulated my husband when he answered the door and was asked if he was First name removed. How perfessional was that, not that he even said it in a joking tone. It went all downhill after that. I would never recommend this person.

Our serviceman, Abel, was wonderful. He checked out the carpets before he started to make sure there would not be any 'additional' charges after he was finished. He did an amazing job on the carpets. There were extra dirty spots where my father's walker left tracks, and now they are gone. The recliners that Abel cleaned now look like the material has nap again. I highly recommend Zerorez.

My carpet feels like I'm walking on grass, very stiff and coarse. It did dry fast though.

Loved how you put corner protector on every wall so the hoses didn't rough up our walls! The tech (trey) was very professional and friendly. He got out some stains we thought couldn't come out! Love Zerorez!
