The carpet cleaner was very professional and explained the process in an understanding way. He came a bit early and got right to work. The carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction and we would highly recommend Zerorez to our friends and neighbors.
Tech was very efficient, polite and explained all processes. Services really made a difference in our home.
Pricing / should be more clear when you advertise three rooms at 129.00 but is adjusted room by room. Should be a flat discount total less promotion / discount.

I love how well the carpets are cleaned and the house feels fresh and clean the house is afterwards. There’s no harsh chemical smell afterward and we feel comfortable knowing the house will stay clean for a long time.
On time courteous and professional. Our tech Josh took the time to inform us what the process would be and how long he expected to be on the job and was right on the button. The floors came up great. We declined on the leather couch cleaning and have mixed feelings about that as now we have a couch with a different color arm to the rest but we just could not afford it at the time. My wife is not too happy about that but it certainly was not the fault of the tech.

The service rep Dylan was fantastic. Not only did he do an outstanding job in our house, but he answered every question and informed us of so much we didn't know, without ever being pushy or coming across with that "tone" of trying to sell us something. We did, however buy a few products after talking with Dylan and actually seeing the benefit of what he sold us.

Great technician, and it was a good job, however, the cost escalated a great deal above my expectations including a $5 min. charge when it totaled over $174, far exceeding my expectation of a floor cleaning at approx. $74 (which I though included sealing) and then $90!!!!! to spray sealant from an spray can on the grout!!! Technician was great, and, as I said, it turned out nicely...however, the consumer hates surprises and this was quite an unpleasant surprise. Could customer representative, but the up-charges, not so great.
