My tech was very nice!! He answered my questions I had. My area rug smells. It smells now really bad, like wet. I am not sure why. My unhappiness isn’t with the tech.

Your technician was very polite, conscientious and thorough. He explained what he was doing, answered all of my questions and appears to have done an excellent job. The carpet is clean and smells wonderful. As this is the first time I have used your service, time of course will tell, the last time I had my carpet done by a different company, it appeared to be great the first day or two, then suddenly it became apparent things had been done half-heartedly.
The employees were very knowledgeable, professional and helpful and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets, tile and grout! I had heard good things about Zerorez on the radio and various ads and happy to say that I was not disappointed. Thank you for doing such a GREAT job!

Workman show 2 hours earlier than stated. Rushed through job. Inconsistent job on kitchen tile. Half the grout was much darker than the other half. After he load truck my wife again told him she was unhappy. My wife told him I was being called home to deal with this. He told her he'd wait only until 3 pm for me to come home (the original appointment was for 3 pm) . When I got home at 2:45 he had returned to rework the kitchen grout. This time the grout was evenly colored across the kitchen. Had to ask him to reapply sealer after second pass. He did a very half way job on the upstairs carpet. Did not prevacuum or rake/groom the carpet after, as did the previous jobs. Also, the house stank of the clean through the next day. I NEVER had an odor before. ZERO REZ, right? wrong. For top dollar service I expect top of the line work.
This is my third experience with your company. The first lady was tremendous. The second was a team of two guys that upselled my wife and doubled the bill. Now this guy rushed through the job, and i suspect the previous jobs since he was so early and wanted to rush through my house.

Your technician was great. The carpets looked great. Best job and carpet cleaning experience we've ever had. You guys called first to see if you could come early. That was great since we were hanging around waiting till the appointment. All I could ask for in a carpet cleaning experience.

Service technician was Excellent. Friendly, thorough, explained all processes and expectations. Carpet turned out better than expected but I was disappointed with the tile grout. I was informed not to expect all of the grout not to look like the cleanest/low traffic areas, but it really didn't make any difference at all in the traffic areas. Definitely satisfied with the carpet but not sure I would spend the money for tile in the future.

The tech said that the master bath would be extra. He said it would be between $10 or $15! I said okay I would be glad to pay $15. Then he charged me $20. I did not figure it out until I got the e mail. Not happy
I'm not sure how clean my carpets really are after cleaning. They didn't look any different once the dried. It was hard to tell if they were deep cleaned or just cleaned a little bit
Floors seem very clean. Allows me to clean 1 or 2 rooms, not whole house. Prompt--on time. Clean operation. Professional workers.
