I got an appointment next day, and they do a great job, carpets stay cleaner longer than when I have used other places.
The technician sprayed water on counter and mirror and caused a switch plate to trigger the GFE switch. He didn't inform me of the event. That wouldn't have been a big deal had he informed me. Otherwise it was fine.
Our carpets came out great even the the high traffic areas!

The process is easy to do on line if you are a busy person like I am. The technician was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The floors looked great after the service was done, and the price was not staggering.

My time window was originally 12-2pm. They called me at 2:05 saying The technician would meet me in 20 minutes. I waited until 305 for him. I understand that things can’t always run on time. It’s totally understandable but to me this seemed outside of the bounds of normal, good business. Then the technician tried to blame it on the dispatcher. I don’t know whose fault it was but I was disappointed. I’ve always had good experiences with you guys up to this point.
