Improvement 1:
Check your phone numbers for your clients, this way you are able to communicate in a timely manner. Don't assume the number a person calls in on is the contact number.
Improvement 2:
If your cleaning rugs at a clients home, make sure your client is aware of what is needed or required. We didn't realize our rugs couldn't be cleaned inside the house. Our home has laminate wood floors. So the tech had to move the rugs outside in order to clean them. After they were cleaned we had to leave them outside to dry and our neighbor was doing major yard work with lots of dust. Not what we expected.....

I will say the Tech did a great job and we are please with the work he did.

I thought the quality of the carpet cleaning was great the last time we used Zerorez but this time it was even better. We had the living room carpet cleaned again and the kitchen and dining room tile cleaned for the first time.

Our technician took time to explain how and where he would pretreat the carpet and how the tile would be cleaned. He explained ways we could clean it better between professional cleanings and explained why. He really had the heart of a teacher and he took such pride in not only doing it right but making sure we knew how to keep our flooring looking nicer, longer.

Fast and friendly service. Carpet looks sooo much better. It's an older carpet, so it takes a little doing to have an overall clean looking base. It dries quickly.

The service person was great but today, one day after the carpet being cleaned, some areas and stains already look like they weren't cleaned at all. The carpet looked great, clean and fluffy, for about 24 hours and then...wham! The fluff flattened and some spots reappeared. This was out first time using Zerorez and I'm not as pleased as I expected. It seems I got the same end result I'd expect from using the other carpet cleaning service we've used at literally half the cost.

Loved our technicians that came out. No worries there. MAJOR spots disappeared so all good there. The reason it is not a 10 is because some small spots seem to still be visibile within a day or two after the last 2 treatments.
