The professionalism, friendliness.... and the carpets seem to be very clean.
I like that your staff are polite, on time, and they communicate well.
I had two stains that were present and spent extra money for removal. The stains were gone during the cleaning process but reappeared three hours later in both bedrooms.
Carpet took 13 hrs to dry in master bedroom instead of the 4hrs we were told even with fans on.
The lack of water and still getting the results we look for. Outstanding costumer service.

It smells and looks so clean after it is done. Not like chemical smell either. :)
The primary purpose of hiring zerorez was to remove a stain of unknown residue from my carpet area. The company failed to remove it despite many attempts the field tech explained he tried. While I trust what people tell me, I would have preferred if the tech attempted once, then contacted me and showed me what he planned to use next to try removing the stain. I have areas of crispy carpet where the cleaning was done which have not subsided after waiting 9 hours for the cleaning to dry and vacuuming. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, the exit conversation left me asking questions as to how long to wait and troubleshooting steps if something went wrong. I did not even receive the shoe covers I have heard from others zerorez provide in case they need to get somewhere around the wet areas.
I am happy with the speedy and friendly service but disappointed in other areas. Therefore I will tell others to research other vendors before going with zerorez.

I like the high heat cleaning system. My carpets feel cleaner and more hygienic. It also, helps to reduce allergens in the home. I like the minimal use of soaps and chemical treatments. It doesn’t leave a filmy residue on the carpet so my carpets stay cleaner longer.
The carpet looks great but stains remain in chair and carpet BUT you did not promise that you could get them out....
Our carpets are older & have not been cleaned for some time. Our service rep did a fantastic job bringing our carpets back to life. Very efficient & worked hard. The rep did the job well.
