I was very happy and impressed with the service I received. I just purchased my Townhouse a week ago and I wanted to have all the carpets cleaned before I move in. I couldn't believe the difference it looked after they were cleaned! The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very professional and explained how it works. The home smells so nice and clean now. I will definitely refer ZeroRez to anyone needing their capers or tile cleaned. Name removed

I heard about you on the Johnjay and Rich show and was curious about your product. I've always hated the crunchy feeling you get after a carpet cleaning and wanted to try the empowered water. We just had it done 2 days ago but so far I am happy.
I was really impressed with the preparation that was done before beginning to clean my couches: The plastic protectors put around the legs of my tables so they wouldn't get scratched, the explanation by the service man (Nick Huston) before beginning the cleaning and the hard work,extra time he spent to complete the job. My old couch was VERY DIRTY and Nick really had to sweat to get it cleaned and it came out cleaner than I ever thought it would!
