You don’t use harsh chemicals to clean the carpets and title.
I tried zerorez cause I had heard good things about the company. The problem I had was I thought I was getting it for I think 129.00 and it ended up costing me 350.00. Which is completely outrageous. So, I'll never use them again. In addition my upstairs carpet was slightly wet still after they left and there was a weird smell. Oh well. I definitely learned a valuable lesson
We had our carpets cleaned by Zero Rez 2 years ago before we moved into our home. I have a carpet cleaner that I purchased a few years ago and about 9 months ago, I decided that it had been a while since the carpets have been cleaned so I would clean them starting with the family room. What we noticed were lots and lots of stains started appearing. I only cleaned the family room with my carpet cleaner, nowhere else in the house. The family room was the only room that had stains. I was forever trying to steam the stains out of the carpet! My husband noticed that the carpet was looking kind of matted down so he said it was time to clean the carpets. Since you have come back to clean our carpets, the matted down areas are fluffy again and the stains are all gone! No new stains have appeared! I can't believe we were able to go 2 years before getting it cleaned again. I don't think I will wait 2 years again, I think I will do it every 12-18 months. It just makes the carpets feel great!
The best in carpet cleaning, Zerorez and their employees. Chris Hall did absolutely the BEST I had ever seen my carpets. Chris was the ONLY tech that used brush pro, I didn't know what that device was, that he was using on the carpet. He explained and showed me how it really made a difference. He stated " it's part of the 3 steps the company uses that sets their carpet cleaning apart from others". I was amazed in the difference. I have used Zerorez for over 5 years and this was the best I've seen my carpet.
Chris Hall will be the only tech for my home and all my friends and family that I recommend Zerorez for carpets, tile and all cleaning for their homes.

It was the finest carpet cleaning I have ever seen in 45 years. Pure new and old school mechanics. It is worth seeing how carpet is properly cleaned without soap residue or odor.

Very expensive. I had one bedroom cleaned with pet stain remover and it was $400!!

My carpets are still filthy. There are still spots where food has been spilled and formed a crust that are still completely intact, like nothing even touched them? Not even water. Tech was only here for maybe 40 min start to finish for my whole house approximately 2000sf, didn’t offer any other solutions or services to better treat. He actually told me I was better off not treating some areas and couches

I have used Zerorez many times now. The last 3 times have been sub par. I first started using your company to clean when I was selling a rental property and had just used another company to clean the carpets. When they were done, the condition of the carpet looked the same as it did before we had them cleaned. So, I called you guys to see if it could look any better. We were amazed that your company had those carpets looking as close to brand new condition as I had ever seen. We have a small carpeted area in our home that is about about 3 years old, we have had your company clean multiple times. The last 3 times, I have been really disappointed in the level of clean in comparison to its original condition. The couch sits on part of it so the wear patterns and dirt are very clear. After this last time, the carpet looked exactly the same as it did before it was cleaned. We also paid a lot of money to have our granite island cleaned, with the promise that it should remove the discoloration. I should have taken a before and after picture. There is a section that normally has a runner on it and that area is clearly lighter. The end result is the granite looks the same and we were out about $300. You charge at least twice as much as most other cleaning companies I have used, and the end result has not been a level of clean I would expect from a premium cleaning company.
Excellent as always. We have been loyal customers for over fourteen years. It’s like sending your carpets to a day spa. It’s the only way to clean carpets and more.
The young man that cleaned our carpets was very knowledgeable,nice and efficient.
The technicians were very nice and my floors and carpets look great. The only thing I wish the company would do is move out heavy furniture and move back- but I understand the policy not to do that. No matter- I would still say they did a great job!

First off no furniture was moved not even the light stuff! I do not expect the heavy stuff to be moved. So all you really do is the traffic area. You advertise falsely saying 3 rooms for 109.. well you charged me more! I also had my tile cleaned in laundry room and the guy never moved washer and dryer ! I paid for all the tile to be cleaned and it is still filthy ! The young man who came was very nice and I tipped him generously! Very disappointed in that you really only clean the traffic area! Stanley Steemers move all the furniture! Who only wants part of a room cleaned ? No I will never recommend or use you again ! A lesson learned from me!
