I’m definitely not one to leave negative feedback so please take this constructively. Carpet looks clean and techs were very nice but overall i really wouldn’t take the time to refer to a friend.

We chose this company bc we don’t like the chemicals or the chemical smell. We both had wheezing that night due to the chemical smell which I really hadn’t expected after seeing ads and reading online. We realize there’s going to be some odor but wasn’t thinking it would be to this level. For that, we’d expect very clean carpets. They look great but the 4 pet stains we have are still exactly the same as they were before under the black light. Therefore it’s still there unchanged after spending a lot of money. A bit disappointing. I don’t know what the normal cleaning time is but techs were done in about 30-40 minutes.

Was very happy we were able to do part of the couch and appreciated flexibility with that.

Techs were very nice and helpful with info. I would hope they do not smell of smoke when going in to clean a home. Kind of defeats the point. They were like I said very nice and professional.

Great customer service and the carpets looked expectional after the cleaning.

The carpet looked great but the tile and grout looked fantastic. The technician arrived on time, explained the process and how long it would take so there were no misconceptions on my part. He was very efficient and did a great job. I'm very happy with the cleaning. Unfortunately he broke a pot outside when he was retrieving his hoses. He filed a damage report and customer service contacted the same day. I am waiting for a reimbursement from Zerorez but everything was handled very efficiently. I will use the service again and recommend it to others.

One of two things. first thing was that there was a spot on the floor in the basement close to a dresser that was not removed.

2nd is that when we asked the employee to move his truck so my husband could get out he drove through the grass. My husband was not happy about this and asked me to make sure your company was aware of this.

The technician was not only on time, he was EARLY. He was kind, personable and professional. The carpeting? As old as it is (this is a rental home) has ZERO smell and is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! we were beyond impressed. The price was within our budget and we can more than tolerate havingi carpeting and pets!

Very professional and informative

I have been with happy with your service and your tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Our carpets were very dirty but they did take some time to drive which was inconvenient. There was an area in the carpet that was very soaked and upon driving, the dirty water floated to the top and left a bigger dirty spot than was originally there. I was informed of the upsale option but wasn't quite expecting the discoloration.

I felt like I paid too much. I asked to have my couch clean as well as my stairs and hallway. Just needed cushions and seat area cleaned. Cushions looked great, stairs and hall looked great. I figured vacuuming the seat of the couch where the cushions go would of been apart of cleaning the couch, but it wasn't done.

We were happy with Zerorez from beginning to end. They worked with our schedule to fit us in. They gave us good directions on how to prepare in to get the best results. Their technician did a quick and thorough job, giving our 30 year old carpet more years of useable life.

The gentleman who did the carpets was nice, but the cost seemed excessive for what was done.

The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was extremely kind. His only concern was that I was happy. Some of my high traffic areas had to be redone,and he was more then happy to redo them.

Technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and does a very thorough job. Also, I like the products they use. The finished product is worth every penny!

Liked the finish job. Young man who did the job was polite, timely, and knew what he was doing.

Technician was very courteousness, knowledgeable, and explained what was going to be done. Work was accomplished efficiently and no mess. The products really did a great job on our carpets and they look fantastic.

I was happy with how quickly the technician got the job done. Our carpets looked new again and smelled good. The technician was courteous and friendly.
