I've used your company a few times. This time I was called two days prior and they gave me a time frame for the day of to be 12-1400, so I wrote it in my Calender. I made sure i was home as you guaranteed you would be during that time. At 1400 I called the company and I was told that my block was 1Phone number removed. This wasn't what I was told, if you needed to change he block I should have been called and advised. Also, the dispatcher called me at 1455 and advised me the gentlemen would arrive in 13 minutes. This was true, but what u was told you (12-1400) you were an 1+10 late from showing up. Everyone was professional during the experience I just feel that if something changes you should advise the client.

The technician, Joel, arrived early and was very friendly. He listened to my needs and completed the work quickly and with high quality. The floors look great! Thank you very much, we will call again.

Excellent service

The technician that came out was very helpful with letting my husband and I know what other options we had for our carpet to add on. We had no spots after the cleaning which was amazing since we had so many stains of urine from one of our dogs. All of our questions and concerns were answered and we will definitely use this service again.

$42 to remove a small stain was outrageous, it used to be $25

Professional experience with both scheduling the appointment and with the service tech.
Super clean carpets with fast dry time
Cleaning tech was very efficient, and fast.
He was very friendly but got down to business, not overly chatty
He was cool with our little barky dog who greeted him at the door. :D

Con's
The only con, is the cost is a bit higher than typical cleaning services. I'm willing to pay that on occasion because i'm a believer in the ZEROREZ process and technology as i feel it is superior and the consistent professional service, but we might get our carpets cleaned more often if it was ~20% cheaper (for example).

Carpet staining still more evident than I was hoping for even with additional charge for topical application. I would like someone to come back out to evaluate.

Technician Thomas very nice... I would suggest that a deodorant be used when cleaning carpets. Our room where the dog sleeps smells like a wet dog now. It didn’t prior to getting carpets cleaned

Great job cleaning everything I had asked for and the super friendly staff.

Carpets were too wet & stink now. Tile cleaning was splotchy. Nothing you can do.

Technician was great and worked very hard, still have stains, I do understand that the stains were very bad

I felt as thought I was nickeled and dimed once the agents came to do my floor. The price was more than I expected for a small hallway etc.. To expensive for 30 minutes work!

The guy was very friendly and talked to us about everything he was gonna do and what each product contained. Once he was done I was very happy with how it turned out. I would use them again and suggest them to my friends and family.

Zerorez gets out stains other carpet cleaners couldn't, it dries fast and feels clean without that crunchy sound and feel. Love it. Wish it didn't cost so much to do the stairs or I would have them done more often.
