Great service and I am happy for the way my carpets look
I thought that the carpet would be dry when you left and that was not the case. You were unable to get everything out of the carpet either. But the man who came did try several things to get the dirt out and he was respectful and professional. I have no real complaints just that I though the carpet would eb dry and it wasn’t.
Oh, I heard about Zerorez on the John J and Rich show and I thought there was a discount for mentioning them but there wasn’t.
Scheduled time was supposed to be in the afternoon but showed up at 0800.
Better pricing. $300 for 1.5hrs of work is steep.
Technician was very personable. Answered all of my questions regarding the products you use as well as some rug issues. He was very prompt but efficient in cleaning our carpets.

The service tech who came to my home was a true professional, who restored my faith in the carpet cleaning industry. After using numerous other company's, it's clear zerorez is the go to carpet cleaner.
Also, when an employee has nothing but good things to say about the company that he works for, it's clear that you guys are doing it right.

My only complaint, the up-selling. (if you want to call it that). I understand the need for different services on different types of floors. Instead of using lengthy sales pitches (which most people can read through immediately), why not sell "packages" and clearly advertise them. To give the person some time to think it over, with no pressure. Like a catchy name for the protectant that is up-sold during the cleaning process. How about "rez-pro service"..
My point is it seems to me that zero-rez is in the business of transparency to the customer.
So advertise the different packages that can be offered or give the customer the chance to "build there own", to their wants, for their home. Almost like ordering a pizza online!!! But for carpets. haha.
No one should feel the slightest bit of pressure in the carpet cleaning process. Especially from a company like zero rez.
I want to be clear, the tech who came to my home in no way, shape, or form "pressured" me. He did however deploy sales tactics that were very transparent to another professional. These tactics could easily be construed as pressure, by someone who doesn't deal with sales regularly. My vote is for a slightly different approach.
You guys are great and my carpets are spotless. thank you very much.
prompt friendly service at a fair price.
It took the technician about 30-40 minutes to do the job and it cost me 200.00. I thought I would give it a shot. Carpets look nice but way over priced. I won't pay that again. Sorry.

Sean was my tech - WOW! This guy did an AMAZING job. I was worried about some spots not coming up. The carpet looks better than new. Worth every dime spent and more
tech. was on time, friendly, and very competent.
Carpet was cleaned in 20 minutes flat that was fast and spots missed but tried to up sell everything

I felt the charge for an hour of work was high and $60 to do my small area rug (which was in between the living/ dining room) at front door was REALLY over the top. It took 5 minutes!!! We were told to not walk on carpet 4-6 hours but tech left many footprints in master?????
The carpets look great after the cleaning. Aaron was professional and explained each task that had to be done.

Had not had my carpets cleaned in 10 years. After that length of time, with people, dogs, and a potbelly pig tracking everything from marrow bones, food and Az clay mud all over them, I just figured that my carpets had little to no hope of ever looking clean again. Boy was I wrong. My carpets look fantastic! In less than an hour my 15 yr old fuzzy desaster turned back into the pretty, light, bright and soft carpet that it once was. I am sooo happy.
