In our main living area, we had a very soiled area were the couches are, main reason for having carpet cleaned. Still looks dark. I'm thinking of haveing the guy I have used for years come see if he can get the soiled area clean. I wanted to try you but no soap might not be the answer.

It was more pricey than others. The protectant that cost 100 bucks more wasn't effective. My carpets are clean but they are stiff, like they needed to be washed with soft water. And they smell funny.

The guy who came out was amazing very professional my complaint is not with him.

The carpets do not look much different a couple small stains returned hours after him leaving Which I understand some stains are hard we have had many other companies come out and they work better for us.

Just unhappy with the quality of product after hearing so many others were happy. Atleast on the radio they seem happy

Steve was very nice and informative. He did a good job. BUT - how is it my bill was $188 when the TV commercial says 3 rooms cleaned for $119 and then I have a 4th room which I was told was an extra $40 plus $15 extra for the area of Arizona I live in? That totals $174 ! Is the rest tax?
I am waiting for a statement which I need to have to honor my guarantee for the new carpet I just had installed only 8 months ago. Please send that to me.

The technician was friendly and professional! Very easy to schedule. It was a bit pricey but their quote was honest, no hidden fees.

When we purchased the 2.5 gal water before, it came with a toggle spout. We're now told: we can no longer get the spout. You've got to be kidding!!!!!!!!!!!! You really expect people to pick up the 2.5 gal container every time they want to get some water for cleaning? Get real and make the spout available ... even if it's an extra cost. Sure glad I kept my old spout!!!!!!

Carpet was stiff after it dried, which I thought would not happen with the empowered water. I also had my bathroom tole cleaned bit there ended up being a puddle of liquid behind the toilet in the corner. Had to get a towel to clean it up.

I had all my carpets cleaned because of pet odor and they still all smell, I had my tile and grout cleaned and it doesn't look like I had anything done. I had 3 area rugs clean and all 3 still smell and now I have to throw them all out.
