Cleanest my carpets have ever been after a professional service. The other guys just don't compare. The guy took longer and was more detailed. I wish I would have called zerorez sooner.

We called to have a rug cleaned that our small dog had urinated on. The rug was in great condition other than the small area that had been soiled. After the rug was cleaned it smelled of ammonia so bad that it was agitating our throats and noses. Whatever was used to clean the rug left it in a far worse condition than before the cleaning occurred. The rug literally smelled as if somebody had poured gallons of pure ammonia on it. When we called the office back to try to make it right they only offered a credit for the next time we used their services. This is completely unacceptable as we only wanted the rug to at least be in the condition it was before the cleaning. In addition, their is no way I will ever use zerorez and I will make sure my friends and family know that our $500 rug was ruined. That rug was thrown out because the ammonia smell was overwhelming throughout our entire house. Very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning and even more disappointed with the resolution offered.
This is the second time they have done my carpets. The first time there was so much soap in the carpet that it was hard to get it clean. This time no soap had been used on it since and the results were remarkable! The technician did an excellent job and kept me informed of what he was doing. The carpet is 13 years old, but looks like new! I plan on scheduling them again in a few months so that this level of clean can be maintained. Thank you Zerorez!
I have used Zerorez many times in the past in Minnesota, this was by far my worst experience using your services. The technician appeared to have zero knowledge about your products. When I questioned him about the topical treatments that he used on the carpets, he became very defensive about his work. The fact is that he was done putting the topical treatment on 2 rooms and cleaning the entire space in about 30 minutes. The stains clearly didn't come up and the smell is still very much there. It caused me to question whether or not he even used the expensive product on the carpet. It was my experience in the past that the technican put the topical treatment on the carpet then let it sit for 20 minutes. Then the carpet was cleaned. At which point the urine smell would be strong because the products were working but all stains were gone. After our back and forth discussing the carpets he said that he was just cleaning it based on the training he had. He then proceeded to clean the carpets again. I've lived with them for a week and it still doesn't look or smell like they were cleaned. I used your company based on my experience with the company in Minnesota. Based on my experience in Phoenix, I would be hesitant to use your company again or ever recommend to a friend or family member. I understand this may have just been a training opportunity for the technician, but he didn't even take precautions to protect the areas in my apartment, such as the flooring in the hallway leading to the carpet or the corners that the tubes would rub up against. Both are expectations I have because of the way Zerorez treated my home in Minnesota. Additionally, there was zero disc about the different cleaning products that you offer to help in between cleanings. I have the products already, but every time I've had carpets cleaned in the past the products have been mentioned and then offered to be refilled if low. Again, he clearly has little to no knowledge about your products. If I ever used your company again I would expect a different technician with more knowledge and experience come to my home.
Arrived on time. Tech was very informed. Work completed on time with great results.
The quality of service was excellent. The only area of improvement would be to be on time. You advertise this as being very important to you. In my case you were one hour late.

Let’s not discuss what I like because I will use zerorez for the quality of their service unless the continue to hold the same priceing system they have in place. You get a quote reasonable changes are expected and accepted but hundreds of dollars difference... no way
Management gives a discount only because I quoted a deal I heard on a tv show they didn’t even know about.

This young man appears to go above and beyond as he goes about his tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
He is meticulous in his efforts and displays great tenacity to get the job done in an excellent manner.
He uses great care to ensure that walls, baseboards, furniture, etc. are well cared for and not damaged.
He is very knowledgeable concerning care of carpets, tile floors, grout etc. And he uses that knowledge to ensure that his customers are well informed.
He was training a new trainee during this last visit. Having been an instructor in the military for many years, I was impressed with his training methods and the way that he conveyed his knowledge to the trainee.
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Please take a moment to commend Kyle for an excellent job well done. As long as he is my carpet/tile cleaner, I will always turn to Zerorez for my carpet and tile cleaning needs.
I guess my expectations were just too high. Two of the three carpets cleaned are old, but one of them looked worse after the cleaning than before. The other one looked cleaner, but many of the spots I had hoped could be cleaned were not. My biggest disappointment was my living room carpet that is only two years old. It had two spots I wanted gone and one is but the other is not and after I vacuumed, I found some other spots I hadn't noticed before. I had great recommendations from friends about your company and as I said, maybe my expectations were too high.

Great customer service. Joel was friendly and courteous. No harsh chemical smells. Did a fantastic cleanup job on tile and carpet that had dog urine and coffee stains. Highly recommend.
