i scheduled online bc of the long wait time on the phone. the day of my service, i had a voicemail to see if i could accomodate and earlier time. when i called back to talk to you it took 15 min of being on hold to get someone on the line. this is rediculous

Really disappointed because I fell for your advertising. I thought the “Empowered Water” would have cleaned our grout better, but then again, maybe the operator may have something to do with it. I do understand that our floors are older, and some of the grout may be stained, but my wife’s biggest complaint was the tech put all of the equipment away in the truck, then asked if he missed anything. She felt pressure to say no since he clearly was ready to leave. I was planning on cleaning some carpets, and now I’m glad I didn’t choose Zerorez to do all of our floors.

Very good at telling you how everything is going to work and gives you your grand total before they start their work so there are no surprises in the end.
We liked the cleaning process but the technician did not have any energy or get up and go. One room had two recliners, he did not move them to clean, he said the company would not allow him to move them. IN & OUT for $133 nah! We would have ZERO Res clean our floors again but not with the same tech.

You have been answering my calls and trying to work with me
I know the tech was trying his best, and he was very friendly, but the overall cost was much more than a competitor would have charged and I believe the results would have been the same. Showing up with the black light for treatment of pet stains not visible to the eye is misleading since those stains do not come out with your service, and pressures the homeowner to pay for more. Your tech went into great detail trying to sell the extraction service which sounded like a snake oil salesman. I did pay the $40 pretreat per room and $25.00 scotch guard, but at least for the pretreatment, I don't know that that really did anything additional. The 3-room deal is a great incentive to call you guys, but nothing magical or exceptional happened for the $750 I ended up paying.
