Your two guys were great! Very honest and did a great job!

Last step in the listing process is to clean the carpets for the staging/showings, zerorez did not disappoint! Not only did my carpets look amazing but the technician was amazing too! Thank you zerorez for being so great!

My sister recommended you and I will recommend you to others .

They were prompt, easy to book online and did a great job!

I like that it is a good water and not harsh chemicals that does the cleaning. The staff is friendly and informative and does a good job.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Carpets look great!

My stain from an animal that I paid an extra $75 for is Back the very next day. I would like someone to contact me.

best carpet cleaning.

Looks like a different room the carpet is that clean. Thank you for coming on time and doing a great job. It was easily scheduled, seriously reliable.

I like most of everything. This time a couple places were missed on the edge of the carpet in the living room.

I do tell other people I wouldn't use any other company. Most everything else is very good and like what you use on the carpet. So I do and would recommend your company to others.

I loved how clean my carpets look. There was little to no smell from them being cleaned and they dried very fast. The gentleman who came was polite, friendly with my kids and dog before they left with other family members.

Several spots returned. The remarks sent with the receipt stated there had been urine on the carpet. This was discovered to not be true. However your representative was hardworking and diligent.

My tile grout has never looked so new and clean. Simply amazing!

The carpet looks great. It dried quickly and feels soft under foot.

All though the technician had a problem with the equipment in the van, he promptly went back and retrieved a working system and did the work fast and efficient. I have no complaints.

my carpet is clean

Tiles were cleaned just over a week ago. We understand that yes, some spots have become worn since the tile was installed with the new home build in 2015, but there are a number of other large areas that don’t seem to have worn/damaged grout but have not shown cosmetic improvement that make it difficult to find the value in the services provided.

I think the solution that Zerorez suggested to use to get pet odors out of the concrete is a good idea. The cost is to expensive and certainly not worth the cost on carpet that is 12 yrs. old. I didn't purchase the home new, I wouldn't have put in such cheap carpet and pad.
I'm guessing that it is a requirement for all your employees to ask the customer if they would be interested in something like that. Other than that I'm happy with the service that I received.

Safe for pets and children, EASY clean-up after cleaning. Entire staff is professional and friendly.

The technician was very friendly and the carpets always look great
