My carpet was crunchy after drying in several spots, I believe advertisement says you won’t leave carpets crunchy.

Our carpets do look clean when Serviced. I did explain to your technician that there is a trick to getting the pet urine stain and odor out, peroxide. Your technician advised that with a black light we would still see the pet urine stain even after your cleaning and I advised that with using peroxide, the stain and smell is completely gone. Maybe this is worth researching as a step into your treatment. Thanks.

The only complaint I have is that the technician left the fans on high. I understand why they do it to help dry the carpet faster. However because the unit is empty the fans were on high for 3-4 days. if they were left on low that would have been better.

The notes that the service tech wrote down were entirely, blatantly false. I did say I wouldn’t give my drivers license information, why do you need it? How are you planning to protect my information? Then he said that’s fine I won’t take a check. Then I said nobody demanded I give them that information when we set the appointment. My wife had written the check and she wasn’t there and I said what are you going to do take the cleaning back. How stupid is that? He was the one escalating the situation. He forced me to pay by credit card since you wouldn’t take a check. So you know what, I paid and yes I will never use your services again and at every opportunity I get I will tell people of my entire experience. Also it was nice of him to include his remarks on my bill after the fact. If you wish to contact me and talk about my experience and what I think of the results of my carpet cleaning you may do so although I doubt you will since customer service is passed down from the top.
