Clean rugs
Andrew did an awesome job. He serviced our entire house from tile cleaning and sealing, carpets and upholstery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. #zerorezfan4life! Thanks for hiring great people too. Andrew’s very hard working!!
Service was fast and friendly
Our carpet is 14 years old and looks brand new after Zerorez cleaned it! Our technician was very professional and a very nice guy!

No hard sale tactics. Person was very informative on what he could and could not do with each level of cleaning.
When I registered on website I put in 3 rooms & an area rug. When tech arrived, thought I had requested 9 rooms. The rugs appear very clean. The tech was very professional, explained everything & very pleasant.
Requested morning appointment but tech didn't arrive until 12:15 PM.
the reference to feces,urine and vomit in our carpet was false!!!!!!!!!!!There was NEVER a cat or dog in our home! Tanner was very nice and was prompt ...just did not like the inference of being dirty!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The question should be; is there anything I don't like about your services!!! Albert arrived right on time, went over the entire job with me, and did an outstanding job. He was able to remove stains that have been here since I moved in last May!!! I am delighted, as always, with the terrific job you do, always recommend you to my friends, and hope Albert gets a big congrats on a fabulous job!!!! I love your company!!!!!!!!!
The service was great! The technician was on time and courteous. He seemed to know the process and product well.
The only negative is the carpet has a leftover crunchy feel. I will need time to see whether spots come back quickly or not.

The floor is always left streaky with leaking hose water, footprints, did not wear booties. We called Zerorez and sent pictures and did not hear a response. I am trying to save my wife's working efforts but we have to clean all the tile floors after the carpet work. Can not do this anymore and would tell anyone else this result to expect with Zerorez.

Troy came out to do my carpets, and I LOVE how they feel, look and smell. He did a great job and I will ask for him next time. I really love how Zerores makes my carpets and tile look. I have been using them for a while now and I just can not express how wonderful their products are. I have a big jug of their Empowered water I use at home for just about everything.
Super friendly staff, fast drying product, thoroughness of cleaning and safe for my pets.

Very efficient. I was able to secure an appointment within a day's time, and the Technician, Chris, showed up in a timely fashion. He was polite, friendly and professional. He also was very knowledgeable about the product. It can be scary to open your home to a service provider who is a stranger, but I had no qualms with Chris. I would definitely use Zerorez again in the future.
Always on time. The cleaning method leaves the carpet soft, not crusty, and with the protection, the carpet stays cleaner and looks good for a long time. Employees are always extremely polite and respectful.
The service people are very courteous, polite, and do a great job. I would not consider using another cleaning service.
