We were notified prior to the crew's arrival, the two men were polite and very respectful of our home while working on the carpets. *I would have liked a little more time to vacuum ahead of the cleaning. I should not have assumed Zerorez would have done this. If this had been done, my carpet would have come cleaner along the fall lines where furniture and boxes had been. Now that my carpet is dry, I have been able to remove some of these stains with the vacuum. I have no doubt it would have been more effective if done before the carpet had been washed. When I expressed this to the technician he stated that he thought someone in my home had vacuumed the area. I will know better for next time.

Service technicians were friendly and diligent in trying to complete the job as best they could.

The carpets look almost new and dried very quickly. The techs, Todd and Michael were polite, friendly, and thorough. They also cleaned my car and the results are fantastic!
