I feel like the 4-hour window of time is a bit too much. Also I never received a call two days prior to my appointment, so I found myself waiting longer. But I was appreciative of the discount given. Everything looks fine. I was a little surprised that it took the technician less time to clean my carpets than it did for me to vacuum prior to getting them cleaned.

Taking longer to dry and continue to smell like dog urine
I love that you don't use chemicals and the carpet comes out great when the process is complete. Would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone wanting a first class professional job.

It's true "your carpets do stay cleaner longer with Zerorez". Very professional employees and they do a great job cleaning your carpet or tile floor. Wouldn't have any other cleaning company coming in to my house anymore.

The customer service I received is top notch, from the first call to schedule the visit, to the phone call telling me the tech is on his way to the professional who cleaned the carpet. The carpet in my home is nearing its end of life after 30 + years and for the last several years you were able to bring it back to life, extending it's life and made it look wonderful. Once I remove the carpet and install tile, I will definitely come back to your for cleaning.

The actual service at the house was good. Carpets came out real nice. :-)
The window for the technician to show was 2-4 pm. I called at 3:30 to confirm they will still coming and the company called at 3:50 to say he was 10-15 minutes out, however, the service technician did not show up until almost 5. :-/

Carpet is clean, soft, and fluffy not crunchy. Carpet stays clean longer. Customer service is great. Office and Technician were both great. House smells so clean and fresh! Won't use anyone else.

The technician, Eric, I my redo was excellent. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the process and make sure I was happy with the outcome before he left. My only negative....was having to have the first time redone.

After tech left, I noticed a dozen large wrinkles in the carpet, they went away, but I’ve never had a carpet do that before. Carpet feels crunchy, not soft as it was before. Appears texture/pattern of carpet has changed, maybe due to crunchiness. Woodwork into master bedroom is scuffed up. Tech closed cord from garage door opener in truck. Had I not noticed it, he would have torn down the garage door opener when he left. I’m a Wreck, not happy about the way my carpet feels.
