How soft my carpet feels even after a week, no perfume smell.

The carpets looked great. Service was wonderful. However, for over $400 to treat for pet odor I was expecting the smell to be better but it was worse than before the treatment. I would recommend the company for general cleaning but would tell people to save their money and skip any additional services.

The two men who came to our home we’re very professional, patient and helpful. They listened to our questions and concerns and only when we were satisfied to proceed with the process of cleaning or tiles, did they begin their work. The result was very positive and we love our new clean floors !

Do a better job cleaning carpets the first visit.

Carpets came out great. Getting ahold of someone at your company is horrible, however. Everytime I called to talk to someone about the time I was placed on hold for over 15 mins. Very frustrating when you are trying to return someone’s call.

I waited about a week to review because as you may well know that sometimes the devil is in the details and and often shows up way after the fact. In several experiences with other carpet cleaning companies, after services, we found the carpet to be crunchy feeling. We knew our carpet was full of residue! As early as a week later, we would start to see spots reappear. Even spots that weren’t there before! But not with Zerorez! No crunchy carpets! We had a party days later and with all the traffic, it still looks great! No reappearing spots! We plan to use Zerorez from now on! Thanks!

Zerorez did a fantastic job. Our rug is now the same as if we just purchased it. The tech was very professional and courteous. Would recommend them to all my friends.
