Provide warning ahead of time that dirt stains would be hard to remove
I like that they stand behind what they say in their commercials. Their carpet cleaning is amazing. I had some tough stains on my carpet, especially the living room and they were able to get them out. Their Tech Austin was really nice, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Staff is courteous, from appointment setting to technicians. They are on time and call if there is a delay. Most of all, I have three dogs and they keep my carpet clean and smelling fresh!

I thought it would have turned out better the carpet in the bedroom I was hopping would have came out better. They did the tile in the bath area and the grout no diff, the seats and the coach dinnet and sopa came out good for the money it was to much to pay for the time spent and the over all out come.
Our experience was nothing less than disappointing. I went with your company because of the home show and I hear your commercials on 550 am radio all the time. It sounded like you would do a good job cleaning the carpeted areas in my home. The phone rep was very nice and well informed and we decided to have you come over. I told him there were several pet urine stains on the carpet and that those stains would come out with no problem after pre-treating. We agreed on $280.00 and that was for the whole house except for 1 bedroom. If we wanted to add protection for future spills to the carpet that would be 40.00 additional per room. I decided not to do that at that time over the phone. The tech came to our house and we got a different price. apparently the pre-treating of the pet stains was extra and the tech made it sound like the bacteria left in the carpet would start to smell after he left, so we added that to a few rooms. Now the total bill was 328.00. Granted my carpet is older but a lot of the regular stains did not come out. Even after he went over some of the living room area again. It did not matter whether it was high traffic or low traffic carpeted areas, I assumed that when you would clean someone's carpets you would also use a brush on the sides of the carpet against the baseboards in order to get all the dog hair removed. Especially because I mentioned to the rep on the phone that we have a dog. He did not clean the vertical part of the stairsteps either. So now the carpets are semi clean and I have been cleaning the sides of the carpeting myself. I went with Zerorez because I expected quality. You can make it right by refunding the 328.00. I specifically asked about pet urine order. I was told they have an enzyme to remove the order. Our carpets very clean but the urine smell is even worse after cleaning our carpets. I'm having another company come out this weekend to get the smell out of the carpet. With that being said the carpet is very clean.
I am so immensely pleased with the results of my carpet and tile cleaning! I had heard the commercials but it sounded to good to be true so I decided to give it a try. Wow, I am speechless! Professionalism
Everything went well, I just dont know if the claim that not using soap will keep my carpets clean longer...we'll see. If the long term results show less traffic patterns, stay clean longer then I will be more likely to refer a friend.
The carpeting still smells of the two dogs we had, and the marks they left are not completely out. Maybe partly my fault, but the person doing the work agreed with me on the type of cleaning, and it did not work.
