The carpets were left feeling so clean. There was no stiffness like you have when using cleaners or detergents. I love knowing the carpets are clean and free of all residue!
Don't know yet. Wasn't home to see how service was done, etc. But seems the carpet is clean. Just don't know if all the dust got cleaned from the backside of the rug. Otherwise, happy with service and condition of the rug.

Friendly Staff and no residue.
The product they use leaves my carpets soft and without any residue. My tile and grout sparkle. No streaks. I can feel the clean walking barefoot on my tile.

Polite Well trained efficient technicians.
Professional techs. Ours did an amazing job. Our carpets got very clean and there was not the nasty residue other services can leave. I will definitely use ZeroRez again and recommend it to everyone.
