Carpets look good as new! Great service. Friendly employees.
Our technician was Kyle - he arrived ahead of schedule, completed our three rooms promptly and did a great job! Our three rooms look fantastic! We will call again.

If I had not used Zerorez before (and been very pleased with previous service) I’m not sure I would recommend you all to others.
The tech left overspray from the carpet & tile sealer at every entrance/exit from the rooms. That amounts to seven locations. I had to use a razor blade to remove it. In most areas it extended 18”-24” from the rooms.
Although the loveseat & sofa look better than before, they still do not look as good as expected after paying $130 & $100 plus the cost of protection on each.
I think some relief to the $810 total is in order.

The guys were great. Super nice and very professional. I like that my carpet didn't have any residue afterwards and didn't feel stiff. Some areas weren't cleaned as well as I had anticipated they would have been, which was hard to tell before it completely dried. Overall I like the service and the company.

The fabric on my sofa is not the same as before it was cleaned. It appears as though bleach was applied randomly.. It is not satisfactory. It was sopping wet when Paul left so the random streaking was not apparent. The sofa is finally completely dry this morning. What can be done about this problem?

My carpet did not come completely clean in some of the high traffic areas. Carpet is 14 years old and medium grade quality. This was the first time I used your services. I don’t know if any other company could have done any better considering worn and dirty ness condition ?

I appreciated the ease of scheduling and the tech showing up when he was supposed to but my carpets look blotchy in a lot of places like they didn't get cleaned good -- stripes and blotches of dirty patches everywhere.
My rugs look great and nothing faded. Christopher Hall was the young man who cleaned my carpet and rugs. He was very good at explaining the process, and all of the other services your company provides. I will be making another appointment in the future to have some of those other services done.
Hire more people to handle your phone calls. I waited 20 minutes the first time I called. Then your appointment got changed and when I call back, I waited another 15 minutes. I almost did not use your company. I told the lady on the pone if your phone service was any indication of the quality of your cleaning service, I did not know if I wanted to risk hiring you.I paid your man for his time and skills but your company did not offer to pay me for my time wasted waiting to be taken care of. YOUR CUSTOMER'S TIME IS VALUABLE ALSO.
Carpet looked great when technician left, but as the carpet started to dry, all the spots started to come back. 48 hours later the carpet isn't much cleaner than we started.
Dillion was very professional and answered all my questions. I will use zeroez again and ask for Dillion. He went above and beyond to give me the info I needed about carpet cleaning.
