I feel like we were up sold too much. We had two rooms and a hallway cleaned and we paid over $500. That's way too much and the carpet did not come as clean as it should have. We can still see spots and traffic areas. There was a funny smell after but that's probably due to the non use of perfumes etc.

Very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning. Technician was very professional, and did an outstanding job. What I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in is the estimating service. I spoke with two representatives, was clear in what I wanted to be cleaned. When the technician arrived to give me firm quote. . . come to find out , they initially only quoted 2 area rugs, quote was for synthetic material. . my rugs are wool. That doubled the cost of cleaning . I was never asked about what material my rugs were. Then we came to the chairs, once again. . . the estimate was for much different chairs than I have. I only opted to have two chairs cleaned in lieu of 4 due to the additional cost. I was specific in my description of chairs, so I was very disappointed when once again the firm quote was more than the estimate. I believe this is bate and switch. Extremely disappointed in this process. I would recommend your company to others because the rugs and chairs look good. . but will tell them about the process that I term as bate and switch.

Quick and timely service that left carpets noticeably cleaner!

Carpet was way over saturated and then when it was extracted you only went over it once!
The young man here to do the job was very uninterested in job. And about the as the supervisor.
1 hour and 20 minutes in and out! I felt I was way over charged!

Focus on preexisting stains. If it doesn't come out initially, go over it one more time. We did this per my request, and it was successfully removed

The tech was friendly and actually got here ahead of schedule. He answered all of our questions. Seemed very knowledgeable. I don't recall his name at this moment but he is to be commended for the work he did. Did a great job. I selected Zerorez due to the fact it doesn't leave any cleaner residue as we have pets. Will use you again and recommend you to everyone who asks.
