My technician was polite,knowledgable and did a very thorough job.
No one called the morning of my appointment to give me a better idea of arrival time. So I called to ask and they had to reschedule me but offered me a discount. I asked why no one called me to let me know but they had no answer. Then when they did come for the appointment, no one called to tell me when they were coming so I was not as prepared as I would've been. It was frustrating.
Very professional and courteous technicians, fast and very pleased with results.

Price was double what I had paid before and results were about the same. End bill was $180 more than original estimate. Was told my great room would equal 2 rooms but then tech charged me for a third room because it was my kitchen, even though it was still in great room.

Appreciate the small arrival window, nontoxic products used and professionalism of the technicians. The last service we had our white leather sectional cleaned, it looks and feels brand new! We have used Zerorez several times and will continue to do so.

Arrived during the time scheduled and the tech was friendly, efficient and helpful with my questions. He cleaned up the tile floor where there was extra water from the work and everything looked good when he left.

The carpet looks amazing considering the age of it and the foot traffic areas. Abel and Antonio were the techs that cleaned the room, they are both outstanding! They were kind, fast, efficient and very pleasant!! Please let them know how much I appreciated their promptness and the job they did for my daughter and me! I give them a huge 10 meaning I am completely satisfied!!
