Have used Zeroroz for about 4 years. Tried another company but once carpet was dry we crunched through the rooms.
Every service guy has been careful, thorough and quick.
Great service as usual! Tech was running late and the office called to give me an updated time frame and offer a small discount. That was nice! Then I got another call when tech was on his way. Terrific customer service!

THEY FOUND A PROBLEM THAT I WAS NOT AWARE OF IN MY HUSBAND 'S BEDROOM.
WHY IT WASN'T FOUND THE LAST FEW TIMES THE CARPET WAS CLEANED I DON'T KNOW. HE DIED THREE YEARS AGO.
I liked the politeness and well mannered young man, Austin, who came into my home. He was professional and knowledgeable about the administrative side, and worked hard at the Lanier side.

On time and extremely efficient. NO residue EVER on my carpet. My tile grout is 18 years old and because of regular ZEROREZ maintenance! Love this company.
Our technician “Charles Ward” was not very professional.. He was supposed to arrive at 8:20 (at least that was what the lady told me on the phone), but didn’t until 8:45 & appeared high when he came in.. He asked twice about the animals we had, so maybe he wasn’t all there. He said he had allergies from the visit before (maybe that was why he was late) & was coughing all over the place, including on my husband’s credit card when I was paying. I’m 37 weeks pregnant (why I got the carpets cleaned) & didn’t appreciate him coughing through out the apartment. He did do a decent job though & the carpets look nice. I’ll go with you again, but will make sure I request not to have him out.

The techs were above and beyond. This was our first tome using Zerorez and it was by far the best experience we have had with carpet cleaners! The techs explained everything and were very professional. The end result was the best looking carpet ever!! Thank you for outstanding service!
They stand by their work and if you aren’t happy with the job they will come back and clean it again. I appreciate companies like this!
The tech was very polite and helpful. The pre-treatment smelled nice (orange peels) and the final product with before/after comparison was great. Was worried new carpets were going to be needed, but not the case after your cleaning.

Seem to be fine. There wasn't any noticeable improvement, but maybe the carpets weren't that dirty??

Well to be honest I was quite disappointed! I was told they could get almost anything out of carpet and when the guy came we told me he tried one treatment on it and decided it wouldn't work to try anything else! And he also told me the carpet would be dry in 4 to 8 hours and 24 hours it was still wet! Which then made walking on the carpet impossible to not walk on wet! And that caused the carpet to mat more than I hoped it would! I had hoped for so much more!
The technician was polite and did a wonderful job. The method of cleaning is very effective; the carpets look like new!
It was easy to schedule and I appreciated the confirmation phone calls. The technician was right on time & very professional. I liked that he showed me how your system worked & how he knew when the rugs were clean. Will certainly use the service in the future.
