This was my first time of trying your company. A co-worker Who convinced me into calling. told me that the real difference I will see will be how long my carpets stay clean.
Joshu, the technician that was sent to my house, asked me to try empowered water on a few surfaces while he was cleaning my carpet. I was impressed with the cleaner so much that I purchased a two and a half gallon container to try on my tile floors in my steamer.

The young men who did the carpets were very professional and did a great job. They wore shoe covers and protected walls from hoses. Carpet was clean and was not soaking wet even though it was a rainy day. Completely dried in about 4 hours with ceiling fans and heat on. What I did not like was how the credit card is handled. The service man put my credit card numbers in his personal phone and I was worried about that. He assured me that the it would be fine but still don't like that. They should carry a device that slides your card with chip thru so my numbers will not be saved on his phone.

Tech was great. Carpets came out looking great- weren’t soggy. Smelled fresh.

The tech that came was nice enough but not very communicative . Seemed pre-occupied and wasn’t very friendly. I’m sure this was the umpteenth job he’s done and u could tell. Just wasn’t all there .. had to ask him to put fan in living room since I had no overhead and I recalled last time I used zeroez I didn’t have to ask ., they actually put them all around .. it would have been beneficial to explain the different solutions that was additional with cost involved.
Overall ok job but can get that from other carpet cleaners

No odor & tech was very friendly

They got a lot of dog wet stains out that previously Chem Dry was not able to. Also liked that carpet was not soaked with water and stiff. Isaiah was very good and helpful.

The serviceman arrived at the correct time and worked hard but was not able to get our carpet clean to our satisfaction. The carpet is dingy and not clean like it was when we had Coit clean it. Also in trying to get the carpet clean it was much damper than it has been in the past and it took 3 days before it was dry enough to put our furniture and rugs back down. I like the idea of zerorez but I do not think that it is the solution for all carpets. I will not likely use the service again.

Tech was kinda new and did not explain that our carpeting might pucker after the treatment. Had to call the office for an explanation.
