Travis the technician was very professional, courteous and thorough.
Very professional, answered all my questions, scheduling was easy worked with my schedule. The techs were friendly and explained each step of the cleaning process.
My carpets were in poor shape when I moved in, I had cleaned them my self for years, when my rug cleaner broke I called Zerorez, the cleaning put new life into that old carpet.
Your process results are great and my tile floor has never looked better. Your technician was efficient, skilled and friendly.
But paying $883.00 for approximately 1,700 sq ft of tile to be cleaned and sealed is way too much for me to ever employ ZeroRez in the future.
The tech that came out was great. He did a great job and was very polite.

The technician was very polite and helpful. He took the time to locate problem pet areas and used a special treatment to clean them. The carpets look great. Everything was done in a timely manner . Have used other companies in the past and none have done as nice a job as Zerorez.

1. That there is no residue left on or in the carpet.
2. The carpet not only feels clean but smells clean and stays clean.
3. The carpet is not soaking wet and dries completly in a shorter period of time.
4. I have used Zerorez for a long time, both in NV and now in AZ and every time have been
completely satisfied with the Zerorez employee that has cleanned the carpet. They have
always been respectful and have worked hard at doing a good job.
They do a great job, and leave no smell after. Service man was very friendly and helpful!
Zerorez responded to my concerns over the appearance of sofas, carpet walking paths and the tile grout cleaning not being up par with previous work.
They sent “Senior Tech Todd” to re-do the problem areas. Great job! And the cleanup was amazing. Thanks for such great customer service!
Service was great, I felt informed the entire time. I just moved into my home and the carpets feel great. I had the entire house carpets cleaned and the tile steamed. It smells and feels clean. I am committed to keeping it that way and having zerorez back for the next cleaning.
my tile was not cleaned as well as i expected. after two technicians performing their duties, there were dirt spots remaining in the creases. its very expensive to pay and not get satisfaction. maybe a refund or a do over.

My carpet was cleaned in January. I had 5 rooms done and the technician did all the rooms in under an hour. When I was told that each room would take about 20 minutes. I was not home at the time so I couldn’t see the work being done first hand but the carpet looked exactly the same once it dried. I didn’t have major stains or anything other than areas that looked dirty from high traffic and those areas didn’t look clean. I imagined that the technician would have focused a little bit more energy on those area to get the dirt out but that did not happen. I feel like the person just passed through each room and didn’t really do the job that should have been done. I’m so disappointed with the service. Especially, after I took a lot of time clearing out room, moving things, and vacuuming prior to the service. It was as a total waste of time.

The gentleman who did our rugs was very thorough and professional and explained the
procedure - especially in cleaning our area rug. We were very pleased with the service,
but there are still a couple of areas on our living room rug that still do not look thoroughly
cleaned, so I will be calling you in the next few days to remedy the situation. I did not
call immediately because we had out-of-state company. We appreciate your guarantee
and felt that Trey did a good job - everything looked good when he left, but in the morning

The whole service from calling and setting my appointment to when Albert arrived was very professional and I really appreciate the great care and service.
Rug looked WORSE AFTER Cleaning! Your "process" is a bunch of "sales and marketing" BS
Your 2 step process left carpet feeling "crusty".
And your customer service person needs more training that customer service IS about the customer.
Charging full price for rooms that are filled with furniture and only a 2-3 ft strip around the bed is a rip off!
You can make it right by giving me a refund for the rug cleaning so I can pay Chem Dry to come and clean the rug you made WORSE after your service.
Should have not been swayed by the commercials on radio and stuck with Chem Dry!
