Arrived on time, friendly professional staff, no harsh chemical smell

The guy that cleaned our home was prompt, clean, polite and worked quickly.
Our carpets were cleaned two weeks ago and I waited to give feedback until the carpets were completely dry. Two stains resurfaced and they promptly returned to address them.
I am very satisfied with the look and feel of the carpets. The high traffic areas look very good and the rest of the carpet feels like new again.

I love Zerorez and have used you for years. This last cleaning isn't really up to par. The edges of the area rug seem a little dingy/dirty.
