I heard about ZEROREZ on the radio but was hesitant, because I have used other carpet cleaners with mediocre results, but with a new baby almost here I wanted to make sure the carpets were done.. So I scheduled my appointment. Our ZEROREZ tech arrived as scheduled and on time, they called me a day before to confirm which was nice. Kevin Randolph was our technician and he went into detail regarding the process and certain stains. After the services were completed I was absolutely astonished! Kevin got every single stain out, and almost two weeks later still no old stains popping up. Zerorez works!!! Our carpet looks brand new, and Kevin was even to get the stains out of our 8x11 area rug as well. I'm beyond happy with the results and with our amazing technician, Kevin. I will be using Zerorez from here on out, and will make sure to request Kevin. He was amazing! I have told friends and family about Zerorez and will continue to.

Less residual water and no smell

Technician (Tanner) was polite and professional. The cleaning was very good and we will see how it stands up against other cleaning companies after 6 months. We normally have the carpets cleaned approximately every 6 months.

Your tech, Joshua, was very nice. Office a bit disorganized. Went from "no bookings" on day we scheduled our cleaning to "overbooked" which required us to wait until much later in the day.

So let me start by saying the Technician was great! I just felt that there was a grimy feel to the Carpet. It felt dirtier than what we started. The Carpet is about 8 months old.
