Pet friendly ... no Oder... but most of all great people
I love the fact that their are no chemicals but I had 4 small stains that they did not get out and the carpet was not "raked" after so fibers in some areas were still flat.
Just great service will be calling soon for are tile and the tech we had was great

The guys was really nice did a great job at the end he didn’t have an invoice for me to give to the front desk. In my way too busy life I didn’t end up getting he email to the front desk stupid me. So they charged me 250 to “clean” the carpets. So please always always have invoices in hand.
Completed job was good. Your tech and I guess a manager were came to my house. They were there 2 hours. 5 rooms of carpet and 2 rooms, hall ways and 2 baths of tile Worked hard. I wad expecting around 350 to 400 dollars from phone call. We did talk anout the job when they came, did not get me firm numbers before we started, i did ask. What is troubling is my son was with me when I signed for Payment. His face was funny when he heard 417 dollars, so was mine, but I signed. Later that night my credit card gives me notice its 517 dollars...not good, look at the email from the job invoice...yes ylubeill be able to item anything. You won't be able to work from me for the price, especially not hard copies first, then inaccurately stated to me upon signing and not reviewed.
The 417 was on my highest end if my budget, but 517 is far to high and definitely not worth that much money regardless of condition of tile and carpet. Which wer not great but not worth 517 dollars for 2 hours works, turned out good, but not zmazing. I expect amaszign after I am miss quoted upon signing.
Definitely 100 data too high. My gut says not to use again. My gut gut says to tell people good work by hearing the commercial is one thing, 129 dollars, but you will really4 times or more because you have more rooms ....even them average person thinks 12 rooms...500 plus. Whatever. If they have money I say try, if not no way.

Carpet turned out cleaned, grout did not show any improvement, still looking the same than before.
Fast, friendly and on time
Technician was polite and dressed professionally. He was able to come early because of a cancellation. We do have a stain on the carpet where my husband sits and that was still there after he left. Also there was one by another chair where he sits often. We weren't paying attention to what he did but we don't think he pre-treated those two spots before cleaning them. Time will tell if the soil comes back quickly. We like the idea of this product not leaving any soap in the carpet.
The product used and our technition was top notch. this is the fourth time we have used Zerorez and have never been disapointed with their products or service. we bought some empowered water and tested on our countertops and bathroom areas and loved the clean and non toxic results. thank you.

Loved Zerorez. To be honest, when they were first done, the carpets were wet so they looked dark. I was concerned that they were still as stained as ever. But when they dried, I realized it was just the moisture causing the dark look. The carpets now look brand new. Soooo happy! Definitely recommend them!
