Very professional and the results are just as advertised.
First I thought it was $129 for 3 rooms & after they got here costs just kept adding up until I spent $230. Then I was under the impression it was a dry shampoo but instead very wet Next the smell was horrendous after words. I’ve never had a carpet shampooed where it smelled so bad. I was hoping for clean refreshing smells. Not what I was made to believe by all the advertising on the radio

After hearing all the advertisements via 104.7 kiss FM I had high expectations which were not met. For one room (living room) at 84.00 dollars I expected the carpet to look a lot better. Especially for being just a year old. No hard feelings
We just moved into a condo and needed to have our carpets and travertine cleaned. A friend recommended Zerorez so we contacted them. Robert came out and thoroughly cleaned our carpet and travertine and then sealed the travertine and put a protectant on the carpet. I would not hesitate recommending Zerorez to friends and family.

Zerorez does an amazing job and the items that are cleaned come out looking brand new. The best part is they stay looking brand new for a very very long time.
Spend more time on high traffic areas to get them completely clean. Perhaps using a hand brush in those areas in addition to the machine would perhaps help.

The odor after cleaning very strong. A couple of spaces that could have used a little more scrubbing. Other than those two minor things satisfied with the cleaning and the carpet looks so much better.
Advertisement says carpeting dries very quickly. It took some time for my carpeting to dry, one area took more than 24 hours.
