The technician was very professional and seems to be very knowledgeable he explained Evryhg thoroughly and wasn’t pushy into getting us to buy additional services and was very nice, however we spent an extra $25 to cover one of the spots and he said that this should take care of it but the next day the spot resurfaced it’s not as dark as it was but it is noticeable and this was only the second day after the service we did tell him that we didn’t know the source of the spot so am pretty sure it’s not his fault maybe the product we paid for isn’t as effective as it was advertised.
The other thing was when I called to check Wht time the technician should be here I waited 15mn on hold . Other than that so far the carpet looks clean and much better than before but am a little worried that within the next few days I might be seeing more spots resurfacing .

I think you guys should offer to move furniture I have used a company in the past and decided to use you guys based off of a radio referral and I must say I was a little disappointed that my husband who just had surgery had to help move furniture in order for them to do anything

Didn’t show up on the day that was scheduled. I work from out of town and it was an issue to rearrange my schedule to have someone there..

I was upset that I couldn't pay with my American Express card. That is my goto card for all of our expenses. Your competition accepts my preferred card. The quality of your techs work was great but the fact that you didn't accept my card is the sole reason for my low rating
