This was the second time I used your company. The first time was great, the master bedroom has some spots and the tech worked very hard to get the carpet clean.

The second service was good, but there are still spots in the carpets of both rooms and the tech did not work very hard to remove them.

Technician seemed to hurry through. I wasn't happy with the results. In no time at all he was finished with 2 rooms. There was stains still on my carpet which is why I called to begin with. It was a waste of over 100.00
