After carpet dried, all spots came back
The gentlemen did an excellent job. It will be awhile to see if treated areas will return. My only concern is the five hundred dollar price. I did approve it but it would cause me concern in the future.
This is the best carpet cleaning! I have used the service three times. The technicians are efficient and helpful. I have asthma and a lung problem and this company is the only one I can use. No chemical smells!

No doubt...10 out of 10 rating! I've always been very impressed by how polite, knowledgeable, and professional your Zerorez technicians have been. Just yesterday Walley Grogitsky was at my home and took the time evaluate the condition of my carpets and to clearly communicate what he recognized as issues. He shared his recommendation on how we best address, and he gave options without any high pressure sales pitch. He made me feel confident in the choices made, and my carpets look amazing! I will call Zerorez every time!

Employee didn’t clean everything he said he was going to.
The cleaning did literally nothing except spread out any spots that were in the carpet. The carpet looks terrible. The cleaner was late and came outside of his time frame. It was overall a terrible experience and a complete waste of money.
