Smells much worse

Our carpets are still wet!! And it cost sooooo much more than expected. The biological treatment is ridiculously expensive.
I don't know that there's anything you can do to make it right.
Also the ways it's advertised, one would think there wouldn't be a crunchy feeling when walking on them. That's not the case. They feel as if there's chemicals in the fibers of the carpet.

The cleaning was nonexistent! The same dirty paths were visible even after it was "cleaned". This happened the last time I used Zerorez and they had to come back to resolve the issue. I can't believe this has happened again! I will be disputing this payment on my charge card. And I will never use Zerorez again.

I felt like we were overcharged for the quality of work performed. My husband a reaction when he came home that evening was, "the carpets look the same." We just feel that our carpets don't look like $340 cleaned carpets.

More expensive than an independent carpet cleaner I have used in the past with the same result. Technician was very friendly, but in and out in 40 minutes doing 3 rooms, an area rug and upholstery cushion. I was told over the phone that my area rug would be moved to tile or outside to clean as to not ruin wood flooring. The technician said it wouldn’t be a problem and cleaned it directly on the wood floor. Took his word for it, but i hope we don’t see any issues down the road with warping. The independent consultant I used before took time in each room, vacuumed before, and moved a bunch of furniture. Heard great things about zerorez so I gave it a try, but I will stick with previous carpet cleaner next time.

Service was real good right on time and product is great. You could really tell the difference as he was cleaning the carpet. I like the concept of not using soaps and additives to carpet cleaning.
