I'm aware that it's a sign of the times but your pricing seems to have escalated over the past few years that I've used your services. I was offered 2 different types of pre-treatment with the most effective being an add'l $150 on top of the initial $129, basic pre-treatment, etc. My new total came to $304 and a few of spots are starting to re-appear.
The tech was friendly, very thorough, and showed up a few minutes early. Better than what I’ve experienced in the past.

Eric was very courteous and thorough. I showed him a couple of troubled areas and he and the method removed them. Very happy with the whole experience.
Dylan was on time, informative, concise, and gave us the feeling that "he knew what he was doing". He was shadowed by another technician in training. They were both very polite, their uniforms were crisp and clean, and their manners and smiles a welcome change from many service people we encounter.
Dylan explained the cleaning process in detail and pointed out problem areas and made sure we understood how carefully he would be in attempting to make them "the best they could be".
He did a fantastic job explaining wear patterns, etc. He knows his stuff!

Tech was unwilling to address our dissatisfaction. I have fairly new carpet, 1.5 yrs, the tech even said my carpets looked good before starting. However once he was done, I expressed my disappointment in how the LR floor looked/smelled (wasn't as good as 3 other rooms he'd done). When I asked what could be done to improve, he proceeded to give me a lesson on the definition of high-traffic-area. I explained that I use area rugs for that, and asked for a redo on that room. He made excuses for the poor job and mentioned $40 extra to redo with a deoderizor. - He was condescending, the job was not done right, and I wont be a returning customer.

The people who cleaned the carpets were nice, he had about 20 years experience in the business. However, my carpet that was cleaned has a crunch to it now. And my sofa / loveseat still had spots on it and was crunchy as well. For the amount of money we paid ($500) I expected things to be clean if dirt and residue.
Carpets clean - all spots came out
Zerorez got rid of dog stains and food stains to make my carpet look great again. The cleaning crew was friendly and thorough.
The carpet didn’t have that usual crunch when it dried, it just felt clean. The only downside was the drying time but even that wasn’t bad.

Our service tech was great. But the foot traffic areasntgat were cleaned reappeared later that afternoon. It's our first time trying zerorez and the technology they use but so far not impressed. I called customer service and they advised me they will come back out so we are pleased with that so we will see once they clean the areas again.
Prompt and quality service
I appreciated that Jeff was friendly, respectful and easy going. He appeared to know his job well. The person that comes out has a lot to do with rather people have a good experience or not and Jeff nailed it. He answered questions and made sure before he left that I was satisfied with the carpet. I would recommend zerorez and use them again next year.
