The employees are wonderful and very professional
I received a special discount rate based upon your advertising on three rooms, a closet, master bedroom and small bedroom. Generally I think the job was ok. I am surprised at how quickly he got done and the master bedroom especially, went really quick. It did not smell clean and fresh like the other rooms. Based upon the quality of the work done I would never pay full price. He could not get the surface paint off of the carpet in the closet but my son was able to with our household cleaners. Thought that was a bit strange as well.
Overall the young man that came to our home was wonderful and very professional but I do not think he "worked" very hard to get a good job done.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez and am very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of your employees. The Gentleman was on time and did a great job on all the carpet but was able to lift the urine stains from my pet! Yes, I am very happy with Zerorez and will use this company again!

My 22 year old white (well almost) carpets look great after their cleaning yesterday. The "cleaner" was great--listened, put the heavy dining room chairs up on the table for me, and was careful to get rid of every spot. I did appreciate him.
We went one line to make the order. It said we could have service between 10 and 12. At 12:10 I called and was told the tec was about finished and would be there soon. It 1:30 he was not there but said he just finished and was on his way. I was also told there the service was set for 10-2 . That is not what it said when we ordered on line. After a few words back and forth we were given 1 room free and we also had a $25.00 coupon what the tec took also. The carpets look great and we are happy with that.
The tech was outstanding. The cleaning was thorough.

Carpet is soft. Not crusty. Looks beautiful and has such a clean smell. Not a wet carPet smell. It feels very clean. Looks better than we’ve ever had our carpets look. Tech did a great job
Technician, Steve, was so knowledgeable. He didn't rush anything and tried his best to get out a couple stains that were just to set in. I would ask for him the next time.
