Came on time and completed the cleaning. Carpet smells fresh and is very soft after the cleaning.
My carpets always come out very clean and I always use Zerorez because you clean the carpet without using soap.

I thought that a little more time and work would’ve been put into cleaning the floor. The young man sprayed a layer of stuff then shop vacuumed it all up. No sweeping no vacuuming, and no scrubbing. It looks patchy and hurried! Could have been better.
The technician was extremely courteous and informative. The work was performed in a thorough and efficient manner. I couldn't be happier with the results. Clean as a whistle without the residual cleaner and crunch that you have with the other "conventional" cleaners.
The technician was awesome and the service all in all was gr8 but the carpet that was cleaned is a pet resistant carpet and the cleaning didn't get the pet urine out so it still smells and the carpet company told us that being it's pet urine resistant carpet that all it just needed is professional cleaning.
