Our carpets are 7plus years old, and our kitchen floor tiles have not been cleaned in 8 years. By the time that Kyle ( our Technician) was done, he had restored our tiles to the point that we felt like it had just been put down. The carpets looked and felt brand new, and the house smelled great. We are more than pleased with the work he did, and the products he used. He sealed our grout as well.
Your technician Mike was very much customer relations. We were very much impressed with his work and kindness. Mike is very knowledgeable about his job. Also friendly. When we decide to have are carpets cleaned again we will be requesting Mike to do the job. Thank you so much again Zerorez!!

Michael Rodrick was great. He expained everything that he was doing and even was kind enought to make sure we knew about the few cracks we had in our tile. I will definately use Zerorez again and request Michael to come out and service our house.

They were great. The guy was awesome.
I especially like the way the alkaline water extracts dirt and oil with no chemicals. I do not like chemicals in my home so I do most of my cleaning with natural products.
Mike was the young man who came this time to clean my carpets and he was the best one I have ever had clean my carpets. He listened and accomplished what I needed.
I will ask for him again next time.

I'll have to look at the original information - I was under the impression there were no extras. I agreed that he needed to use stain treatment in one room and the stains came out which was great! The carpet was clean and he was very professional. It just seems that always, no matter what, things end up costing more than expected! :)

Rob the technician did a wonderful job but I hate being sold. I've listened to your commercial on the radio for the past year. It states 3 rooms for $135. In my small 1 bedroom plus den apartment, I received a great cleaning a what was a very dirty carpet. I have a dog that left it very smelly. Rob convinced me I needed the disinfectant spray. I agreed since I was paying I might as well get it done right. He then tried to sell me the safe guard. Bottom line, $399 for my small apartment was alot of money. That was without the safeguard. I love that it's clean but I hate that it cost so much more to have it sanitized. I'm still questioning the entire transaction.
